Thje staff on the whole were very helpful and the evening meal was excellent value. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking On arrival the receptionist would rather talk on the phone than deal with us. Her explanation of where the room was even baffled other members of staff |

The privacy and the restaurant. The room was not ready for the check-in. Other guests had also to wait for their rooms. The personnel at the front desk did not managed the issue properly. |

Hotel was convenient to ski lift at Soldeu. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The matresses were extremely hard. The food that should have been hot in the morning and evening buffets was warm, not hot. Price paid through Booking.com was same as the street rate, no discount. |

El buffet de la cena y la amabilidad de los camareros en restaurante y bar En recepción no tienen las cosas claras, no tienen idiomas... la piscina vale 12.00€, y lo marcan como incluido en la página. El parking tambien tiene coste y el mini bus aunque no saben decirte el horario, saben decirte lo que cuesta... |

lo unico que me ha gustado de este hotel es el spa.Tanto la piscina como el jacuzzi estaban muy bien, pero hay que decir que a partir de las 15.00 hay que pagar 7 euros. Tambien quiero decir que siendo un lugar para relajarte, a media mañana se lleno el spa de niños y mayores jugando a voleibol en la piscina con unas colchonetas hinchables.Fue horroroso. Cuando llegue el WC estaba muy sucio, precintado con una cinta de desinfeccion, pero lleno de pis por toda la tapa. Tuve que llamar para que vinieran a limpiarlo. En genera el hotel esta sucio y descuidado.La comida bastante mala. No volvere. |

El hotel en general Mi familia y yo nos quedamos con las ganas de meternos en la piscina climatizada exterior y no pudimos enlos 4 días que estuvimos. Otro tema es calor en las habitaciones, creo que aunque sea un hotel de montaña, tendría que tener aire acondicionado ya que es insoportable aunque seduerma con la terraza abierta que es lo que hecimos. |

Las instalaciones que ofrecía, con la posibilidad de usar el gimnasio y el spa Que la cena sea buffet y que en la zona del spa falta una zona de relax. También había un par de máquinas en el gimnasio que no funcionaban. Pero sobretodo, que el spa no estuviera incluido en el precio. |

El spa estaba muy bién, aunque la piscina exterior era pequeña al ser de agua caliente era ideal. Trato por parte del personal de recepción. En el catálogo ponía entrada a las 12 horas y entramos a las 14.30 horas después de insistir varias veces obteniendo como respuesta que era mes de agosto. |

L'spa i el gimnàs estan molt bé. Els llits dels nens eren molt incòmodes, el matalàs era molt vell. El buffet lliure del vespre no era molt bo, si que estava molt bé l'esmorzar. |
