Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two further children from 16 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Centrally located, staff amiable and welcoming. Large living area with flatscreen TV, comfy small bedroom, and good sized bathroom made it perfect for an overnight stay in Andorra. |

Grande chambre (>50m2), WIFI gratuit dans la chambre, petit déjeuner copieux très correct, très bon restaurant d'hotel (spécialités italiennes). Parking sous l'hotel très pratique (12euros/jour). Accueil peu aimable; joli puits de jour design dans l'hotel mais très bruyant dans la première partie de la chambre; possibilté de fumer dans la salle de repas (très désagéable au petit dèjeuner...) |

La amplitud de las habitaciones y que éstas fuesen tipo suit. Me comunicaron por teléfono tras hacer la reserva que no tenian cunas disponibles durante mi estancia, así que trajimos nuestra cuna de viaje (nos quedamos sin maletero)... cuando llegamos teniamos una cuna en la habitación. |

sobretodo la ubicación del hotel ya que esta muy céntrico y para unos dias es estupendo. esta preparado para familias con niños, lo que no lo hace ideal para pasar unos dias de descanso, ya que los niños son ruidosos y mas si sus padres pasan de todo. |

principalmente. que tiene parkin aunque cuesta 16€ vale la pena porque ya sabemos lo que es aparcar en andorra en temporada de rebajas y esqui,y lo cerca que esta de caldea y de la zona de tiendas- si que las habitaciones son con cama de 2x 2 ,sofa cama , y dos literas y no te dejan mas que cojer la habitacon para tres persona y dos baños uno con ducha y otero con bañera una pasada. |

Les chambres sont bien conçues sur le principe pour des familles: grandes (55m2), avec 2 chambres séparées (1grand lit et coin salon pour les parents, et 1 petite chambre avec 2 lits superposés pour les enfants) qui ont chacune leur salle de bain (grande avec baignoire pour les aprents, petite avec douche pour les enfants). Grands placards. Belle TV. Buffet petit déjeuner très complet et bon. La chambre enfant est directement derrière la porte d'entrée de la chambre, et donc collée au palier de l'étage où tous les clients passent. Or c'est un hotel extrêmement bruyant de par sa construction et de par sa clientèle (beaucoup d'espagnols, qui se fichent de faire du bruit au - jusque minuit tous les soirs). Résultat: ma fille ne pouvait pas dormir dans sa chambre... Personnel de réception totalement incompétent et déagréable qui plus est (jamais bonjour, au revoir ou merci, ont oublié de réserver notre place de parking 2 soirs, ont "oublié" que nous avions demandé une nuit de plus à notre arrivée, chambre non faite une journée car nous aurions soit disant mis un panneau de ne pas déranger sur la porte, etc.) |

Nos ha sorprendido gratamente la reforma que han efectuado ya que la habitación la hemos encontrado muy cómoda y muy espaciosa. En general nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto. El precio lo consideramos excesivo. |

Pour un 4*, je regrette que le gardien de nuit n'ait pas fait respecter le calme la nuit dans les chambres et les couloirs, car sur 3 nuits nous n'avons pu en dormir que 2 car un groupe de jeunes gens sur l'étage faisait la bamboula de 22h à 2h30/3h du matin et que dès 7h d'autres se levaient bruyamment pour aller skier. Autre bémol, même s'il n'est pas interdit de fumer dans les restaurants en Espagne, peut être que pour un 4*, la salle du petit déjeuner pourrait être "non fumeur", avis de fumeur et non fumeur car nous avons des 2 dans notre famille. |

La proximité avec Caldéa, les boutiques et le resto typique Don Denis (Tapas!). La grandeur de la chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants... les 2 salles de bain ! Petit déj varié ! |
