Well located, good friendly staff, convenient for the slopes. Unhappy that this apartmenthotel advertises that it has spa facilities but requires an extra 11€ per person to use the facilities each day. I expected to be able to use the jacuzzi after a days skiing as part of the facilities. Very disappointing |

convenient, close to the slopes and to the shops of the city. the room was good enough for a family of 3 smoking-smell of the room, ski-locker out of battery hence unable to close, the temperature of the two-room appartment was either too cold or too warm but at least we could choose. style of the room is not a right match with the way they are used (wall painting damaged here and there - assume by skis and snowboards) |

Bathroom decor/facility The use of sauna, jacuzi etc was at an extra cost of 10 euros per person per day with no diviation to this. As the 5 of us went for the skiing then we would have only needed the use of jacuzzi etc for aprrox 1 hour of the day and they would not give concessionary prices so for the 5 of us to use this facility would have cost 50 euros - not value for money when was only being used for the 1 hour! |

Ubicacion del hotel, trato agradable y buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación con buena cocina y baño. Acceso al parking y al guardaesquis. Cama incomodad y pequeña. |

La cercanía con las pistas de ski, la ubicación es excelente. El trato del personal de hotel. La calefacción estaba muy fuerte, y no se puede regular, dormimos con la ventana abierta y la garganta reseca. |

j ai été appelé deux jours avant pour m entendre dire que l hotel réservé par votre site était en fait.....fermé !! on me proposait une chambre au meme prix quej ai accepté mais a 20 Kms de ma destination initiale !! avec soit le passage du col a 2400 m qui était impraticable car enneigé ou le tunnel (payant !!) impossible d avoir un petit déjeuner! impossible de se garer, aucune place dehors pour la voiture . Seule solution prendre le parking payant : 11 € |

Le personnel est très accueillant. Proximité des pistes de ski et des commerces. Ménage, lits faits et changement des serviettes tous les jours. Superbe coin détente : jaccuzi, sauna, bain turc. Tout est payant : accès à l'espace détente, accès internet, parking. Les appareils de musculation ne fonctionnent pas. |

personeel heel behulpzaam De info over de kamers. 2-persoonskamer en bedbank en de 3/4 persoonskamers een bedbank en een ik weet niet hoe je zoiets moet noemen als je daar met 2 personen op moet liggen. Voor die prijs verwacht ik in ieder geval 1 bed per persoon of een normaal 2 persoonsbed |

la possibilité de faire du jacouzzi du sauna ! dommage que la fenetre donnait sur une cour interieure et qu on est ete réveillé a 4h 30 par des clients de l hotel qui criait dans les couloirs! |

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden op de dag van vertrek 's middags na het skiën douchen in een aparte ruimte, terwijl we 's morgens al uitgecheckt hadden. De kamer beschikte niet echt over een apart bed. Er was alleen een veel te klein bankbed. |

L'acceuil de l'hotel est particuliérement soigné Le petit déjeuner proposé pour 3,5 est loin de nos attentes, pas assez riche, le jus d'orange moyen et le croissant microscopique, certes ce n'est pas cher mais nous aurions préféré payer plus cher et manger à notre faim |
