Gute Lage, Zimmer ok, Hund darf mit Wifi nur in kalter Hotelhalle, Sofas alt und schmutzig, Bar laut, voller Kinder, lärmig; Restaurant ungemütlich, und vor allem schmutzig. Keine frischen Säfte beim Frühstück. Frühstück bis 11 Uhr, ab 10:30 keiner mehr da, der Eier fritiert, Buffet teilweise bereits abgeräumt. Was noch da ist, wirkt bereits einmal gegessen. Um die ganzen Schalen oder Schüsseln eine Sauerei, mit Appetitlich hat das nichts zu tun. Boden im Frühstücksbereich voller Staub, Servietten, Brotbröseln....... |

Service ok, Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend. Frühstück super, Schwimmbad und Wellnesseinrichtungen ok. Preisleistungsverhältnis super. Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Badezimmer mit Schimmelfugen, Toilette wackelte, keine Toilettenbürste, Fließen schmutzig. Boden im Zimmer war nicht frisch gewischt. Staub, Polster der Stühle fleckig. Kühlschrank muffelig. |

Das Hotelpersonal vor allem an der Rezeption war sehr kooperativ, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser sein. Der Kaffee und die angebotenen Säfte waren nicht überzeugend. Das Angebot an frischem Obst hätte reichhaltiger sein können. Die Parkgebühren von 15,- EUR/Tag halte ich für recht hoch. |

A good value for money when booking a room off-season. Maybe not a 4-star-hotel but all you need. Very friendly staff. The parking garage has very small places; our car got scratched but then the staff was very helpful. Easy walking distance to the many shops in town. Quiet rooms. The spa was quite simple. |

This hotel is very well placed, breakfast excellent, sorroundings and views very pleasant, professional staff. Nothing special, but weather is sometimes not suitable for excursions, since it's often raining. |

location - 15-20 min walking distance from main commercial venues of Andorra breakfast - poor quality; we asked for a double bed and got a double bed plus two extra single beds :) so the room, although large seemed crowded; internet connection - they say that WiFi access is free of charge. It is free, but it doesn't work at all. If you really want to check your email, you can pay 1EUR for 10 minutes on computers located in the hotel lobby. Overall: I had better experience in 2 stars hotels |

Very relaxed and good value for money. We will definitely stay again. Parking! My son left behind a blanket which he is very attached to. It is a harlequin design. Could you please enquire if it has been handed in and I will happily pay postage to return it to me. |

Location for shops, bars and restuarants. Lovelly solarium on roof with view of mountains. 1st room we were given was not as described on booking site. Small 1 bed & looked out on to a dark network of pipes & nothing else. Said they couldn't change it until we told them to cancel our stay. 2nd room was nice as described. |

Hotel is nice and rooms are really big. Bed are comfortable and big. Breakfast is luxury and plenty of choices for food. Swimming pool is small, but nice. Free internet should not only limited to the main lobby, but to the entire hotel. Car parking is small. |

It is ideally placed in the shopping and business area, The buffet breakfast, the hotel being so full of holiday tourists, it was like a zoo, the staff could not cope, although one woman staff member tried her best, pity I did not get her name, |

I found it very disappointing, even pathetic, that most of the hotel's staff was not able or willing to speak in Catalan, the official language of the country where it is located. I realize that they are not all natives of Andorra, but employees who intend to work there need to respect the linguistic rights of their guests. This is a dealbreaker! Also, the hotel offered many services (spa, gym, pool, etc.), but the hours on these services were so ridiculously restrictive as to make them all but unusable for guests. |

Excellent room with air conditioning, very good breakfast, large choice cooked or cold, good parking facilities undercover, helpful staff, english spoken at reception. On one way system which you had to go completely round to access hotel and parking. |
