Hotel is wonderful. Room was large and clean. We had a fullboard, so food was wonderful too. Parking is small and isn't free, but there was no problems with places. WiFi is free with password access. Works in all hotel, not only on reception. Speed is ok, but not at weekend. We stayed for three nights. Two nights was wonderful, but last one (on weekend) wasn't. We had no reservation on all days, so we changed large twinbed room with mountain view for smaller double with "internal view"... for the same price =( WiFi problems on "french" weekends. Small double ( only one bed ) room for the same price.

We liked the location, the room was very good and the staff very friendly. When wanting to have a coffe in the cafeteria but there was nobody there to serve it, I went to reception to enquire about this and was told that I would have to wait... We left.

Good central location with off-street parking and an extensive breakfast choice. Reception staff spoke some English and were generally helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had an "almost" view of the mountains. We also had a small bar-fridge in our room and the flat- screen tv, while analogue, could receive the bbc World Service. A problem with a broken toilet seat was remedied within 12 hours. The Off-Street parking is per night, not per 24 hours, so at 17 Euros per night it disadvantages those who arrive late and leave early. Breakfast, while extensive, may have been compromised by some dishes having been previously put out - my corn flakes were stale, and the breakfast frites (!) looked suspiciously like the ones on offer for dinner the previous night...

Parking very tight & wonder where one would park when hotel a lot busier as few available hotel spaces. Couldn't open window when cooking going on in kitchen because extractor was just outside tyhe window & cooking smells came into the room. Food in restaurant very good & staff very helpful.

Hotel is well situaed and has good amenities including great breakfest.we were happy there. Noisy roosters and barking dogs on opposit slope that prevented us from sleeping with open window and enjoying the fresh air.You can hear them somehow even with tight closed windows and drapes.

This was our first trip to Andorra, the hotel was very well located with a safe underground car park. There is a nice pool and spa area on the top floor with great views. We went for full board which was great value, the buffet meals are fresh with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Gisela the receptionist. The room was a good size with a/c and a fridge We were very happy with this hotel.

The price was about right for such a hotel. The staff are unfriendly, hotel is drab, breakfast is a bunfight located in a very hot basement and the food barely edible. Not my best experience of a hotel!

The place in the middle of Andorra Parking spaces are offered for 15 euro, but is a joke. No free places and the too few places are too small for normal cars. Air condition in room did not work and the very friendly staff could not help - even if trying. Mail with management afterward did not clear things. Refering to the possibilty of getting another room but that was not offered when the problem was presented to the friendly staff.

Eeerrrr, the roosters walking me up at 4.30 every morning ;-( The gym and pool is tired and beat up. The food is nasty. This is a 2/3 star hotel at best.
