４星ホテルで低料金ですが、スタッフの対応はビジネスホテル並み。スパ、サウナ、プール、があるのでこのホ- テルを選びましたが、実際には入れる時間帯は短く、狭く、子供がいっぱいで入れる状態ではありませんでした- 。子供づれの家族には最適かと思います。お客さんの８０パーセントは子供連れの家族でしたので、ゆっくりは- くつろげませんでした。

ホテルのスタッフの対応が不満。例えばランドリーサービスがあるとネットで予約する時に書いてあったので受- 付に聞きにいきました。朝に受付に持ってきてくださいとのことで朝に受付にいくと、無いと言われました。あ- るのか？ないのか？今でも疑問です。美味しいレストランはあるのか受付に聞きにいったところ、４星ほてるな- らレストランのリストはあるとおもってましたが、その通りに沢山レストランがあるから、適当にと。。。？

This hotel is very well placed, breakfast excellent, sorroundings and views very pleasant, professional staff.

Nothing special, but weather is sometimes not suitable for excursions, since it's often raining.

Excellent quality/price and position. Good breakfast.

Nothing! For 50 euro per night I cannot tell nothing bad maybe only to renovate the spa area.

I liked its location close to the main street, the friendliness of the staff and the very competitive prices.

The hotel should have more parking for the guest.

In the City Centre; own parking; helpful staff.

Cheap bathroom fittings; bed too hard for me. No air circulation in rooms without airconditioning.

Location for shops, bars and restuarants. Lovelly solarium on roof with view of mountains.

1st room we were given was not as described on booking site. Small 1 bed & looked out on to a dark network of pipes & nothing else. Said they couldn't change it until we told them to cancel our stay. 2nd room was nice as described.

Hotel is nice and rooms are really big. Bed are comfortable and big. Breakfast is luxury and plenty of choices for food. Swimming pool is small, but nice.

Free internet should not only limited to the main lobby, but to the entire hotel. Car parking is small.

the staff was very nice and helpfull, in special the recepcionist Doris. The location is perfect. the breakfast is very nice. i recomend and if i will come back to andorra vieja i should come in andorra center hotel

Location

I found it very disappointing, even pathetic, that most of the hotel's staff was not able or willing to speak in Catalan, the official language of the country where it is located. I realize that they are not all natives of Andorra, but employees who intend to work there need to respect the linguistic rights of their guests. This is a dealbreaker! Also, the hotel offered many services (spa, gym, pool, etc.), but the hours on these services were so ridiculously restrictive as to make them all but unusable for guests.

Great value for money. Views are spectacular. Good size room but 2 queen sized beds was a bit of an over-kill.

Buffet breakfasts and dinners were fine but the dishes need to be kept hot; not luke warm. Otherwise, a great place to stay.
