The hotel is nice, clean and modern. The staff is very friendly, eager to help and to answer questions. Very important that there is a parking nereby with a convenient access to it. The location of the hotel is very useful for going around the town, shopping, etc. What could be appropriate is some more detailed information with working hours and "how to get there" plans on available facilities (spa, sports, etc.) in a hotel booklet, some hints on the town restaurants, especially those around the hotel. |

El que ens ha agradat més és el servei d'spa i relax que ofereix l'hotel i la seva ubicació en el bell mig d'Andorra la Vella. Cada dia de la nostra estada no ens han funcionat correctament les claus-targetes d'accés a l'habitació. Hem hagut d'anar sempre a recepció perquè ens les comprovessin i actualitzessin. |

su personal, muy amable, su ubicacion, muy centrico y que comparte instalaciones con el mercure las almoadas tenian poco cuerpo , y el colchon un poco duro, para mi gusto. Pero la limpieza, el servicio, y el personal son excelentes |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa situation géographique, proche de tous les commerces. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien aménagées (rangements, bureau...). Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le prix du parking de l'hôtel est trop élevé. |

El hotel es muy céntrico por tanto perfecto para ir de compras, el que disponga de piscina, jacuzzi y sauna lo hace más atractivo, la estancia ha estado perfecta. Cuando hicimos la reserva sabíamos que el hotel disponía de parking aunque fuera de pago, nuestra sorpresa fue encontrar el parking completo y no poder aparcar en él. Es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento en Andorra la Vella. |

Atención del personal y bastante céntrico en la Ciudad de Andorra. Oferta de instalaciones buenas con spa y actividades. Son tres hoteles de la misma cadena unidos por pasillo común dos de ellos. Limpieza inicial de la habitación. Reclamamos y después todo ok. El garaje está en otro hotel de la misma cadena. Tienes que cruzar la calle y pasar de un hotel a otro. |
