The hotel is nice, clean and modern. The staff is very friendly, eager to help and to answer questions. Very important that there is a parking nereby with a convenient access to it. The location of the hotel is very useful for going around the town, shopping, etc. What could be appropriate is some more detailed information with working hours and "how to get there" plans on available facilities (spa, sports, etc.) in a hotel booklet, some hints on the town restaurants, especially those around the hotel. |

Atención del personal y bastante céntrico en la Ciudad de Andorra. Oferta de instalaciones buenas con spa y actividades. Son tres hoteles de la misma cadena unidos por pasillo común dos de ellos. Limpieza inicial de la habitación. Reclamamos y después todo ok. El garaje está en otro hotel de la misma cadena. Tienes que cruzar la calle y pasar de un hotel a otro. |

La propreté et bien sûr la piscine, jacuzzis, sauna et hamam, à fréquenter plutôt le matin et en début d'après-midi pour être tranquilles. Trop de monde le soir (installations communes à 3 hôtels). peu de places pour charger et dcharger les bagages éventuelles devant l'hôtel et parking cher et accessible à partir de l'hôtel Novotel de l'autre coté. |

Lo unico positivo es la ubicación en pleno centro. Es un hotel muy viejo,totalmente desfasado, relación calidad-precio no hay. No tenían sitio en el parking.No me ha gustado nada. |

Bien situé dans le centre ville d'Andorre pour ceux qui veulent y faire du shopping par contre pour les amateurs de ski, les stations ne peuvent être rejointes qu'avec la voiture et les places de parking dans Andorre la Vieille sont trés rares ou alors il faut payer le parking de l'hôtel 20 € par jour, hors de prix La salle à manger dotée d'une ventillation qui fait un bruit d'avion et qui est difficilement couvert par une musique d'ambiance insipide. Merci pour ceux qui veulent dîner dans le silence. |
