Situated in the heart of the shopping area. My room had a great mountain view. Better than three star facilities. Secure parking available at reasonable rates. My speaking only English resulted in some confusion.

Lo mejor la ubicación, la amabilidad de los trabajadores, la limpieza y el spa e instalaciones. Cuando llegamos nos tenían reservada una habitación con 2 camas y pedimos una con cama de matrimonio y no hubo ningún problema. Todo muy limpio y recomfortable. Hay muchas actividades que hacer dentro del hotel: spa,gimnasio,mini golf... Ideal para ir con niños.

és un hotel ideal per anar-hi amb fills petits, el CHIQUIPARK els encanta, super recomenable! En la informació d'aquesta pàgina surt que pots anar gartuïtament a la piscina i spa; i a l'hotel et diuen que val 8 euros per persona (que no és res, però ja que ho publiciten ho podrien mantenir, no?)

Hôtel très agréable, un personnel charmant et trés accueillant, quand on fait l'effort de parler espagnol. Le petit déjeuner excellant et copieux.La situation en centre ville pour le shopping idéale. Le choix de l'hôtel pour le spa n'a pas été une réussite pour moi car le premier soir j'ai attrapé une infection occulaire(yeux rouges) due au chlore.Les installations sont trés bien,mais il manque soit la cabine individuelle pour se changer, soit le peignoir dans la chambre.La cabine de groupe on a passé l'âge.......

Todo, y en especial las instalaciones( pisicinas, chikipark...) El precio de los buffets, tanto de la cena como del desayuno, lo encontramos bastante excesivo

Hotel muy céntrico en Andorra la Bella. Buenas instalaciones. La atención en el hotel es buena por parte de los empleados que tratan de que te encuentres agusto.Garaje en el hotel, algo imprescindible en Andorra. Desayuno y bufet cena bién atendido, variado y de buena calidad. He repetido varias veces en la temporada de esqui y lo volveré a hacer. La comodidad para desplazarse en coche a el dominio esquiable de vallnord es buena. El paquete semana/esqui con forfait incluido tiene una buena relación calida precio Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. No asi el baño que es amplio, pero para para su categoria, es mas que aceptable.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal atento. Siempre he estado en el Mercure y ahora noté a faltar esa diferencia que existe entre él y el Andorra Palace, Le falta tener detalles mínimos pero que dan ese toque que noté en falta como son detallitos en el baño, minibar, ah y el baño un poco antiguo. Por el precio podrian renovar alguna cosita y actualizarlo, pq la ubicación es excelente. El baño lo vi ya antiguo.

Cerca del centro,habitacion confortable,pantalla panoramica grande,golTv,desayuno economico. Dificil aparcar y parquing del Hotel muy caro,la puerta del banyo cerrava mal I la cortina se te tira encima cuando te duchas.

As we don't like sleeping in air conditioning it was nice to be able to have the balcony door securely partially open.
