Toller Blick und gute Lage.

Nach unserer Meinung eher ein 4 Sterne Haus. Der günstige Preis relativiert sich dadurch, dass alles was teilweise notwendig ist oder incl. sein soll extra bezahlt wird, z.B. Parkplatz pro Tag 18,00 € (da an einer Durchfahrtstraße keine Wahl, wenn nicht weiter weg geparkt wird) oder Badekappe 6,00 € (Zwang auch bei ganz kurzen Haaren!). Da die Haare der Vorgänger noch in der excl. Badewanne ruhten, haben wir es beim Duschen belassen.

The breakfast, la tortilla not so good. No shows in the hotel, Hotel haven't any activity programms.

Everything was fantastic. Only minus points was the price of the parking and the difficulty in finding the hotel.

Probably the only slight drawback is paying €18 per day for parking - this is pretty steep and takes the shine off an otherwise excellent experience.

Absolutely brilliant for a weekend break. Stunning views, the jnr suite was perfect and the breakfast selection was wonderful. The pool and gym were also a great feature for those who aren't interested in hiking through the mountains in order to burn some calories. Highly recommended.

Cost of overnight parking.

Spacious room, loaded with interesting technology, great views, worthy of five star rating. Huge bathroom, top-end amenities. Grounds expansive and pristine, and offer easy access to shopping streets below. We stayed an extra night on the basis of all this.

Parking cost 18 euros a night. Some odd priorities: while the bathroom is totally high-tech, it didn't offer tissues, sanitary disposal bags nor a waste bin. The mini bar lists 37cl bottles of Bollinger (45 euros) but you're expected to drink it from a tumbler. The hotel is hard to find; TomTom does not recognise its address given as "Les canals, 24" - it needs the full address as "Carrer de les Canals, 24" which is not given by either the hotel nor booking.com. The alternative is to enter coordinates (if you have them).

The hotel is well located and the rooms are a very good size with great views. Breakfast was of a good quality, as was the restaurant food, although the latter was over-priced, so most guests do not use it. Our room rate was excellent due to the stay being off-peak [2 nights in September] but there was a price to pay in a general lack of service. We would recommend the hotel purely upon price, location and catering quality.

This hotel is not operating as a five star hotel, although maybe in the peak seasons it is different. There was no porter when we arrived to take our bags and generally the hotel seemed under staffed. Maybe they were all on holiday after the August peak. Housekeeping did not provide paper tissues in the room or replenish our coffee making consumables, nor was there a pen provided for messages and notes. Reception seemed somewhat ambivalent to our arrival and there was a general lack of welcome. The bars were not manned, although you could generally go and find someone laying tables nearby to serve you. In our opinion the GM is not looking after the Owner's best interests or ensuring a consistent 5 star offer.

Outstanding value for money. Facilities are excellent as are the rooms. First class indoor and outdoor pools. Absolutely sumptious breakfast, a greal location and helpful staff

Poor internet connection in bedrooms not befitting a 5 star hotel

En cuanto a instalaciones se refiere el nivel de satisfacción es muy alto, a mi chica la bañera hidromasaje de la habitación le pareció "superior". El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad, tanto en "dulces" como en "salados". La atención en recepción...bueno pues dependiendo que chica te atendiera mejor o peor...pero bueno tampoco nos "relacionamos" mucho con ellas más allá de check in y check out.

El spa realmente es un "mini spa", con un jacuzzi circular, un par de duchas con lucecitas de esas, sauna y baño turco, y una piscina mediana. Pero más allá de los reducido de su tamaño a nosotros nos tocó compartirlo con unos cuantos pequeñines "no controlados" por sus padres que hacían realmente complicado el relax...

Simply an excellent hotel though had to change date of booking (I believe booking site defaulted to a date for hotel Ciudad Calahorra) which put price up by 50euros / 50%.
