die Lage des Hotels,die Grosszügigkeit der Zimmer und der Nasszone waren perfekt.

Der Aussenpool war am 28.6. leider noch ohne Wasser. An der Rezeption waren Personen mit zu wenig Wissen für diesen Job.

Exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr freundlicher und engagierter Empfang, sehr freundlicher u. kompetenter Service, Junior Suite geräumig und luxuriös gestaltet, großes Bad, sehr gelungene Anlage mit - für andorranische Verhältnisse - sehr großem Garten

Sehr schöner Ausblick vom geräumigen Balkon wird leider durch den Anblick einer häßlichen Parkhausfront beeinträchtigt

A beautiful facility with excellent views of the mountains. Close to the center of town. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Views from suite were excellent great location to walk to shops and restaruants.

Spa bath did not work and staff could not fix it, from a 5 star hotel you would expect all facilities to work or at least to be fixed so you can use them. Hotel is difficult to find if you are not familiar with Andorra.

I've stayed here a number of times over 4 years. It's location, peace and quiet and general service levels are what bring me back. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, the views memorable for a hotel and the setting relaxing.

I'm sad to say, it has dropped off a little in the past 18 months. I think it has slipped from a 5 star to a 4. Maybe recession driven - rooms are getting a little tired, service standards are a little down and there was an inescapable sense of cost cutting. No bath robes (although this was corrected promptly) bath towels were basic, small and hard used breakfast a little leaner than in the past, TV reception poor, fewer staff around - just the little things that make a hotel stand out from the others - particularly the things that separate a 5 star hotel from a 4 star..

Nice hotel,design and view. Excellent breakfast buffet (included) and dinner. Very good rapport price/value (there was an offer). I would surely stayed again. Many activities and relaxing areas, you can spend the hole day inside.

Outside swimming pool's water was frozen, we couldn't swim. Parking is a little expensive, but parking in la vella is a big trouble all over.

Great location, great room design

flies, mosquitos, moths, window was left open, not clean, missing robes, info, service guide etc. Spent 15 minutes killing off insects! Called front desk, little help

The hotel is clean spacious and modern,the rooms are superb value with seating areas, balconies and excellent bathrooms.Lots of hanging space and expresso machines.
