Beautiful hotel with great facilities, large rooms,open indoor and outdoor spaces. Nice indoor swimming pool with saunas. The unexpected charges for different services. As a tourist you have a budget and want to know in advance about special charges. |

I've stayed here a number of times over 4 years. It's location, peace and quiet and general service levels are what bring me back. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, the views memorable for a hotel and the setting relaxing. I'm sad to say, it has dropped off a little in the past 18 months. I think it has slipped from a 5 star to a 4. Maybe recession driven - rooms are getting a little tired, service standards are a little down and there was an inescapable sense of cost cutting. No bath robes (although this was corrected promptly) bath towels were basic, small and hard used breakfast a little leaner than in the past, TV reception poor, fewer staff around - just the little things that make a hotel stand out from the others - particularly the things that separate a 5 star hotel from a 4 star.. |

It was the best hotel of my trip, so i decided to stay a little longer over there! The view of the room was the best thing I ever saw! Even from the bath! |

Nice hotel,design and view. Excellent breakfast buffet (included) and dinner. Very good rapport price/value (there was an offer). I would surely stayed again. Many activities and relaxing areas, you can spend the hole day inside. Outside swimming pool's water was frozen, we couldn't swim. Parking is a little expensive, but parking in la vella is a big trouble all over. |

Clean, modern facilities, courtesy of the front desk, they allowed us for keeping the car in hotel parking for extra 2 or 3 hours after checkout, flexibility in general, price OK comparing with quality. Amazing view in the morning if get your curtains closed during the night and you open them from the bed in the morning ! Stayed for only one night, no time to found problems. Oh, in fact we did not found bathrobes which usually should not happen for a 5-star hotel. |

Great location, great room design flies, mosquitos, moths, window was left open, not clean, missing robes, info, service guide etc. Spent 15 minutes killing off insects! Called front desk, little help |

The hotel is clean spacious and modern,the rooms are superb value with seating areas, balconies and excellent bathrooms.Lots of hanging space and expresso machines. |

Amazing architecture and design, great location in center of town They tried to charge extra for everything including parking (even tho there was a carpark on site) and safe deposit box, stating that we got a good price as it was low season so they could therefore justify charging extra |

We booked (july 2009) a junior suite for two but decided to bring our kids and they stayed for free (in our beds). We stayed two adults (with our two kids of 4 and 7 in our beds) for five nights at 125 Euro per night. The hotel got a nice kids room on the second floor, two pools, a tennis court and gym. It is just by the largest shopping center in Andorra so for a romantic or family weekend with pool, sun, excercise, spa and shopping it is just pefect. The entrecoté in the room service menu was overcooked and for 26 Euro it was not worth the money. |

Excellent. modern facilities in an ideal location close to shops and the centre of Andorra. The facilities begged for nothing. Good food and breakfast The atmosphere, though luxurious, was very sterile and not especially comfortable. The hotel was extraordinarily difficult to find by car. |

Lovely, spacious room with great view and really great bath. Restaurant was also very good and the wait staff attentive. A 5 Star hotel should have down pillows...at least upon request!!! |

genial l'habitació, espai, banyera-jacuzzi i molt maca la terrassa amb vistes a la muntanya. L'esmorzar increible, xurrus amb xocolata, embotits, truites fetes al moment.... parking = 18 x nit...vaia robo! no hi ha wifi a les habitacions. |

Le côté spacieux de la chambre, les sanitaires et les fournitures, les terrasses sans vis-à-vis, la très bonne opacité des rideaux. Les tarifs en extra et prohébitifs du "sport area", la salle de petit- déjeuner fumeurs, les tarifs du "room-service" par personne, le fait que le personnel de la réception communique mal en français et en anglais mais s'acharne à vous parler dans ces deux langues... |

La qualité des prestations offertes. Le calme et le confort des chambres. L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. L'obligation d'utiliser le parking souterrain alors qu'il reste des places disponibles sur le parking extérieur. |

la habitación es muy amplia y confortable, con una decoración muy bonita y un cuarto de baño espectacular teniamos media pensión y el niño se puso enfermo en medio de la cena , se ofrecieron a llevarnos la comida a la habitación y en la factura nos cobraron el servivio , si fueron ellos que se ofrecieron creo que no tenian que cobrarlo , a parte que no nos trajeron ni postres. Nos cobraron los cafes de nespresso de la hbitación que parecía que fuera cortesía del hotel, tendrían que avisar . Nos dijeron que el parking de afuera estaba lleno y tuvimos que aparcar en el parking interior mucho más caro y los días que estuvimos el de afuera no estuvo nunca ocupado. La piscina no entra en el precio de la habitación. |

La chambre: propreté et grand confort. Le petit déjeuner: bon et gargantuesque car beaucoup de choix. La déco de l'hotel sobre et élégante. Le personnel: pas aimable, pas de sourire. Le coffre fort de notre chambre ne marchait pas. On a demandé à être dépanné, jamais cela a été fait! Concernant le spa, il vaut mieux dire piscinepour colonie de vacances. En effet, on adore les enfants mais quand vous êtes sur votre chaise longue et que vous entendez le bruit du moniteur qui pousse des cris pour faire jouer les enfants, on se demande si on est dans un 5 étoiles ou dans une piscine municipale! Par ailleurs, le jaccuzi marche quand il veut.... Le spa et la salle de sport coutent 12€ par personne pour la journée: c'est cher pour ce que c'est! On nous a même fait payer les 12€ (donc 24€!) pour une entrée dans le spa à 18h (pour une durée d'une heure) ce qui commercialement est limite |

Trés belle chambre spacieuse et impeccable. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Ambiance feutrée et raffinée. Personnel discret et attentif. A vivre au moins une fois pour celui qui aime le luxe. J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hotel (cinq fois). J'ai remarqué cette fois une modification de certains détails : plus de peignoirs dans la chambre, le champagne au petit dej. C'est transformé en moisseux, la poignée de ma baie vitrée cassée, les chaussons mis à dispo dans les chambres ne sont plus à l'effigie de l'hotel. Etonnant, mais n'enlève rien à la qualité du lieu. |
