The rooms were wonderful and comfy with a very nice view of the mountains. It was also nice to have a lounge room and the staff were quite friendly. It is a very family orientated hotel, so dinner and the pool were very busy with children and large families. Thos is great for families, not so good for younger couples wanting quiet. However the rooms were quiet! |

It is in a quiet part of Andorra, yet quite close to the main town. The leisure facilities are good and the staff very obliging. As non smokers, we did not enjoy the return to the bad old days when all public area were smoke ridden. |

staff were good,location to ski resort swimming pool was not in hotel but different location and had to drive to it.Kitchen had very basic facilities |

-Nice staff. Say hello to Ferrand. They offer you free drinks -Nice view -You can use a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa -Spa open till late - -10% dear for ski rent - Swimming pool is not in the same building - It is far from the lifts. You need a car. |

really good facilities, nice room no shampoo/shower gel, just soap, and they could have told us about swim hats/flip flops for the pool. |

+ That we can use swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi for free; + Our apartment was very comfortable for 2 people; + Great view from the window. - It was only one public computer with very expensive internet, and it wasn’t possible to print out information anywhere (it was very important for us!). Lady at the reception desk was very helpful allowing us to use her computer and printer. - Microwave and coffee maker didn’t work properly. |

La habitación era super grande, un mini piso. Era muy confortable y cómodo, mientras la peque dormia en la habitación podíamos ver la tele en el salón-comedor, además había hasta microondas lo que nos vino super bien para calentar los bibis. Que la piscina no este en el mismo edificio que el hotel y el camino para acceder a ella era casi inaccesible. El buffet de la cena muy pobre. |

que es un lugar para recomendar a tus mejores amigos ,porque en mi caso asi lo fue y no me arrepiento ,por el contrario, regresare, esa vez con mas tiempo sus instalaciones y su gente |

Que está las afueras de Andorra, pero no muy lejos y se encuentra en la montaña. De forma que te queda cerca tanto la montaña como la ciudad. A parte de la relación calidad-precio en la época en que estuvimos. El parquing privado es pequeño y se llena enseguida. Pero no tampoco es un problema muy grande. |

La habitación del aparthotel era grande, con dos cuartos de baño, tenía tv en la habitación y en el salón. Pequeña cocina equipada con set de utensilios para la limpieza . El apartamento que nos tocó era grande confortable y límpio. |

La situacion cerca del centro de Andorra y sus instalaciones de piscina climatizada, sauna, jacuzzi etc. y entraba con la estancia. Estaba muy fuerte la calefaccion. |

Está muy cerca de andorra la vella y en un lugar muy bonito y con parking Las racholas del suelo del comedor estaban rotas y la mampara de la bañera erra muy corta y se salía todo el agua al ducharte. |

piscine hamman jacouzzi sauna , la propreté des lieux, le coté chaleureux de l appartement qui est trés beau et bonne déco aussi trop de chlore!!!mais nous savons que c'est pour l hygiene....couteau et poele pas pratique du tout....le bar il faudrait qu il soit un peu plus intimiste ...ça fait vraiment buvette. |

Ya estado varias veces en este hotel, y me gustan mucho sus vistas, la piscina y el jacuzzy. Esta vez me toco una habitacion enfrente la pista de fronton y a las 9 de la mañana del domingo se escuxaba a la gente jugar. |

Le complexe spa est vraiment bien conçu et surtout très propre, les appartements sont aussi très propres et fonctionnel, une télé dans le salon et un écran plasma dans la chambre avec des chaînes française, le personnel est très souriant et sympathique ce qui est très rare en andorre. Les repas de la demi pension satisfaisant, et un grand buffet petit déj. Tous ça pour un tarif raisonnable. A refaire au plus tôt!!!! Penser à prendre des tong et un bonnet de bain pour la piscine sinon vous devrez payer 7 euros par personne. |

Situé tout près d'ANDORRE la vieille, grande chambre appartement kitchinette, micro-onde et cafetière,literie très bien, belle vue sur la montagne, possibilité de garer la voiture à l'abri, parking gratuit, accès gratuit au spa, grande piscine Hotel difficile à trouver, il faut voir les pancartes dans la nuit, ne pas confondre avec l'autre hotel en haut, celui ci ressemble à une résidence avec plusieurs bâtiments, spa : vestiaire sans intimité, pas de cabine ni douche fermée, il faut payer la clée pour le casier fermé (2 euros), belle piscine mais il faut prévoir le bonnet de bain obligatoire (à acheter si oublié), attention petite marche à la douche du jaccuzi, arête tranchante, pied blessé restaurant : à la carte et attente très longue (45 mn pour une pizza et des lasagnes) serveur seul et débordé |

La recepcion en general, ya sean instalaciones como personal. Ademas de haber reservado una habitacion doble ya que eramos una pareja y nos han dado 2 camas simples, sin posibilidad de cambiarlo y recibiendo la respuesta de "El hotel no confirma tipo de habitacion". |

le calme et une belle vue sur montagnes - le parking gratuit à l'hotel la proximité d'andorre la vieille pour le shopping la piscine jacusi sauna après le shoping - le buffet du petit déjeuner sortir de l'hotel pour aller au restaurant. Le restaurant assez classe avec nappes serviettes tissus blanches, mais les crudités du buffet du soir présentées dans des bacs plastiques : dommage ! Au 1er novembre chauffage été encore éteint dans l'appartement |

Los apartamentos son amplios y bien equipados. La atención en recepción es excelente. No tuvimos ningún problema con el perro. Sólo tuvimos 1 toalla en el apartamento y hechamos en falta un kit para limpiar los platos |
