staff were good,location to ski resort swimming pool was not in hotel but different location and had to drive to it.Kitchen had very basic facilities |

-Nice staff. Say hello to Ferrand. They offer you free drinks -Nice view -You can use a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa -Spa open till late - -10% dear for ski rent - Swimming pool is not in the same building - It is far from the lifts. You need a car. |

+ That we can use swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi for free; + Our apartment was very comfortable for 2 people; + Great view from the window. - It was only one public computer with very expensive internet, and it wasn’t possible to print out information anywhere (it was very important for us!). Lady at the reception desk was very helpful allowing us to use her computer and printer. - Microwave and coffee maker didn’t work properly. |

Las instalaciones son fantásticas, es muy tranquili y acogedor. La primera noche pasamos frío en el aparthotel que nos dieron, pero nos cambiaron al día siguiente. No entiendo porque nos dieron una habitación fría con mala vista si habían de sobras con vistas a la piscina y temperatura normal. |

Acceuil, convivialite, tout sur place ( piscine exterieure, interieure, hamam,jaccuzi, sauna,...Sécurisé si on vient avec des enfants ou ados, peuvent circuler librement.Buffet de petits déjeuners variés et copieux. Juste peut etre les desserts sur la demie pension médiocre mais à ce prix, on ne peut pas tout avoir. |

Totaal niet aangepast hotel voor een rolstoeler. Deuren te smal,Deur moest verwijdert worden. Badkamer helemaal niet bereikbaar.Radiator lekte, garage alleen met ingetrokken spiegels in en uit te gaan. Ontbijtzaal niet bereikbaar(Trap). |

La tranquil.litat de la zona on es troba ubicat I la proximitat a la zona comercial. Que si volies anar a esmorzar havies de canviar d'edifici I l'accés era mitjançant una escala amb un gran desnivell d'alçada. Arribaves a dalt respirant molt accelerat. |

El espacio, la confortabilidad y el equipamiento del apartamento.además de los servicios incluidos en el precio: solarium, piscina, gimnasio, chikipark, etc. Nada en concreto, bueno faltaba un escurreplatos en la cocina del apartamento. |

cadre sympa ,jolie chambre avec grande terrasse ,prés de caldéa et de station de ski. dans l'appart hotel de 4 personnes ,la 3 eme personne dort dans un canapé lit une place ,la 4 eme personne dort sur un lit de camp ,domage que le canapé lit ne soit pas de 2 places.. |

Es un hotel muy agradable y tranquilo, aunque de ambiente más bien familiar. Su situación es buena, justo a la entrada de La Massana y muy próximo a Andorra La Vella. Como aparthotel, ofrece todas las comodidades y cuenta con una cocina-office bien equipada. Además, puedes disfrutar libremente de la piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi, la sauna y actividades deportivas. La habitación no estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos, pero lo comunicamos en recepción y nos lo solucionaron enseguida. Las instalaciones estaban algo saturadas a determinadas horas. |
