Close to town and great views of mountain

The excelent location, just near the ski facilities!

The fact that don't have wifi in the apartments, altough it was announced as if there was!

excellent location with big windows looking out a the mountainside and catching the morning sun. The apartment was comfortable with a nice kitchen and lovely bathroom, and warm with control over the heating (we like it colder at nights!). Friendly and relaxing!

it was a bit noisy some evenings with other guests coming in late, slamming doors etc. No internet in apartment.

Excellent location right next to the lift to the slopes. Wonderful views, plenty of space and marvelous kitchen. Staff resolved problems quickly and politely.

Small problems with maintenance (immediately resolved but should have been fixed prior to check in). There was no soap or shampoo which I would have expected.

Lovely apartment, friendly staff, very welcoming

The apt was very goog facilitated, clean, very comfortable and with an absolutely stunning view. Despite the lift broke after third day and we had to carry our skis up to 3rd floor I can highly recommend the apartments for those who dont want to waiste a time as the ski lift is just few meters from the apts as well as all shops and bars. The manager was very helpful and he refunded us €50 regarding inconvenience (his english could be possibly bit better but you can still communicate well). The 360 restaurant which is on the ground floor is offering discounts for the residents and the food and the staff is very friendly (delicious tbone steak for only 9.50! and must try a goat cheese salad with honey and hazelnuts).without a hesitate could return there next time.

el apartamento espacioso y muy limpio, muy bien situado para subir a esquiar. no nos puesieron hora de salida saliamos alas 5 de la tarde, genial!!!!

Que el Wifi no llegue a los apartamentos.

Ha estat tot perfecte !! Sens cap dubte per repetir i aconsellar a tothom que vulgui gaudir de un lloc inmillorable per esquiar. Un tracte excelent per part de la Laura i en Carles. Gràcies

En general, me ha gustado todo. Es un apartamento ideal para parejas con niños; muy comodo y tiene de todo.

l'accueil et la prise en charge dès le début

Un appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé!! Ensemble très propre. Il est situé au pied des pistes de Vallnord.

Les places de parking en sous-sol sont petites et la pente pour sortir est très raide et glissante en cas de chute de neige... la pente n'est pas d'eneigée!

La atención de su personal. En concreto, llegamos la noche del viernes bastante tarde con niños y con una simple llamada, nos facilitaron nuestra entrada. El confort y decoración del apartamento. También la calefaccion.

Únicamente, nos extrañó que un apartamento de estas característica no dispusiera de jabones en el baño, pues si hemos visto en otros de categoria similar. El sofà-cama , para ser retirad.

Los vecinos ingleses y sus "fiestas"

Die Apartments von Caprici haben eine super Lage in nächster Nähe zur Talstation von Arinsal und sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal (Oscar) kümmert sich um alle Belange die einen Aufenthalt in Andorra zu einem wirklichen Erlebnis machen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen !!!

El propietari ens va atendre molt bé. Bona situació prop del telecabina.

Todo el apartamento en general, muy cómodo, acogedor, bien climatizado y aislado, bien situado, etc. Y un muy buen trato por parte del personal, Oscar.

El unico inconveniente a reseñar es la falta de señal internet wi-fi en los propios apartamentos.

El apartamento es sinceramente muy bueno: amplitud, habitación con cama doble independiente, bañera, y todo tipo de utensilios: micro, horno, tostadora, cafetera, lavadora, lavavajillas, etc.. La calefacción funciona a las mil maravillas, las vistas al telesilla y la montaña preciosas (salón acristalado panorámico). El trato del dueño ha sido excelente. Muy bien.

El WiFi sólo llega a las zonas comunes, falta actualizar este aspecto.

Las vistas, el entorno y la buena situación para esquiar.

Me encanta el hotel y volvería a cogerlo, pero creo que la red wifi en cada apartamento es vital y necesaria para los tiempos que corren. Espero que lo resuelvan.

La situació es ideal, a prop de la cabina d'Arinsal.

El.sofà llit per la tercera persona es molt incomoda.

L'estancia en general. Molt bona neteja i el tracte amb l'Òscar ( noi que s'ocupava dels apartaments) molt cordial i amable.

Tot ens ha agradat!
