Els apartaments compleixen amb el mínim necesari amb una relació qualitat- preu raonable, estaba net, ben comunicat I amb bones vistes. El mobiliari es de bona qualitat I la cuina està ben equipada. La porta d'entrada a l'apartament no es podía obrir del tot perque es quedaba enganxada al terra; l'alarma contra incendis es disparaba sense cap motiu I l'aparcament a l'exterior de l'edifici es pràcticament inexistent. La televisió de l'apartament es minúscula....

La tranquilidad, la atencion de recepcion , la proximidad a las rutas de senderismo. No hay mucho aparcamiento para los coches, y hay que indicar que las sabanas y toallas no estan incluidas.
