All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

We had a wonderful room with views out on three sides of the building. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Canillo, a short walk to everything, including the Gondola, which takes you to the skiiing area. Highly recommended. |

El preu de l'habitació inclou l'entrada al palau de gel que hi ha a 20 metres de l'hotel, amb pista de gel, piscina, esquaix, sauna ... El pàrking de l'hotel és una mica petit |

Las habitaciones son cómodas, si bien no son demasiado grandes. Las ventajas que encontramos en el hotel fueron los descuentos para el alquiler de esquis, los bonos para las pista de hielo del "Palau de Gel" y el parking gratuito Durante nuestra visita no pudimos esquiar por inclemencias metereológicas y el personal del hotel nos ofrecieron pasar una noche más sin coste. |

Como viajamos para esquiar, o facto do hotel se encontrar a cerca de 200m dos meios mecânicos foi excelente. As pessoas que se encontravam na recepção, com quem contactávamos diariamente, eram muito simpáticas e sempre disponíveis para resolverem qualquer questão de modo rápido e eficaz. |

la cama del estudio para dos personas es muy cómoda, la ubicación porqué se puede ir andando al funicular para ir a pistas, te dan una plaza de parking en el aparcamiento del funicular.En general, muy bien para un fin de semana en la nieve. la cocina es muy pequeña |
