The was clean and above my expetations. The rooms were cleaned every day. When we arrived the hotel was closed, and we had wait for about a hour. The neighbours helped us with contacting them. The hotel owner didn't speak any englisch this was a very difficult. |

The hotel is very close to the ski lifts which make it the perfect location if you are in arinsal to ski. |

The hotel is excellently situated in the centre of the village, a two minute walk from the main gondola. There is a free comunal ski locker at the hotel in which our gear stayed safe for the whole time we were there. Our room was tiny with very little storage space meaning that we had to live out of our suitcases. Not ideal for a skiing trip. There was a limited range of food at breakfast. However, this was what we expected and was fine, but it took a long time for anything that ran out to be replenished. |

Very very close to the lifts, very clean, breakfast basic but ok, lockers for skis fine & secure, free parking at the public car park down the road. Evening meals where Indian Currys, no saftey box, staff tried to be helpful but spoke very little english, got directions to france when we left but no one told us the road was closed at the boarder and we missed our flight! |

The hotel is in the center of town, close to everything. The lift is right next to ther hotel. The downstairs bar is nice for a drink and not noisy enough to keep you from getting rested. |

The hotel is in a good location for bars, restaurants and the ski lift. The lounge area was cosy with a pool table, tv and bar. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection No tea making facilities in the room which was very small, particularly when using an additional camp bed. There was sometimes a lot of noise coming from the street outside as it is on the main road |

The hotel is 100yds from the gondola, ski hire, 2 irish bars, plenty of eateries and drinking holes.....basic but functional!!! the main ski hire shop at the foot of the gondola is very busy in the morning, walk round the corner another 20yrds for a small, quite, cheaper shop!! breakfast isnt great....but gets you up and out!! |

Té una relació qualitat preu excel·lent. També cal dir que l'estada ha estat a temporada baixa i no era cap de setmana o festiu. Habitació neta i amb TV. El tracte rebut pel personal de l'hotel excel·lent. El restaurant igualment molt correcte. És una llàstima però aparcar no és del tot fàcil. El servei de Wifi hauria d'arribar a les habitacions. |

Al lado de pistas, estabamos en media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena eran buffet bastante abundante, el personal muy amable,,,en fin, relacion calidad/precio excelente, seguro que repito. |

lo mejor es el sitio y el desayuno, que para un hotel de dos estrellas estaba muy bien. Lo peor es que el mobiliario de la habitación es muy viejo y que además, si te da a la parte de atrás no puedes dormir con el ruido del rio. |

Surt molt econòmic, i el tracte és familiar i agradable. La situació, collonuda, i l'esmorzar millor que en molts hotels de 4 estrelles... Una mica antic, les finestres no aÏllen gaire, i les parets entre habitacions són de fullola. |
