Kamer was dik in orde, prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Schoonmaak was ook dik in orde evenals ontbijtbuffet. Plato-restaurant was niet ok, zou een soort culinair restaurant moeten zijn (ook voor niet-hotelgasten), maar daar voldoet het absoluut niet aan. Bar in het hotel was een drama, werden bediend door een soort vakantiekracht, die alleen maar koffie en bier kon serveren, bij iets anders raakte ze gelijk in paniek. |

ontbijtbuffet, ligging hotel, t.o.v. winkels. eten en personeel in restaurant, WIFI werkte bijna nooit. Wij hebben een hond en er was nergens een mogelijkheid voor wandelen. Het park aan de overkant is verboden voor honden. |

Lovely big rooms. It's not necessarily the hotels fault but I booked two rooms through booking.com, same dates and I got an overall price for the two rooms. When we came to check out and pay seperately we were charged different prices for identical rooms. |

Friendly, helpful staff; good location in the town; good food, including splendid choice for breakfast; the latter is served on the fifth floor which has terrific views. |

Hotel was central, clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. When paying what they were charging for breakfast which was expensive, we thought that the food should have constantly been monitored by staff to ensure all the dishes were replenished. It was not good having to ask them to be refilled and then ususally have to wait. Shame as breakfast was of a good standard and had good choices. |

It was so close to shopping area, where we could easily return with shopping bags and go out again. Parking is a bit expensive so we had to park the car at a different location. |

Room is large and clearn. Location is near shopping streets and bus stop. Hotel staffs are nice. Sauna and turkish bath were disappointingly poor, and they did not open all the time. |

Size of the rooms, breakfast excellent, helpful staff, easy parking, handy location for shopping, free wireless internet The parking was expensive (16 € per night) and the mood of the parking attendant was below freezing point. |

location was convenient for shopping/dining. Hotel was very nice, clean, and upscale. Massuer was phenomenal. Andorra la Vella isn't close to the best hiking trails - had to drive to get to them. The "spa" is really just a room with a masseur. The sauna and steam room were "off" unless you requested to use them. |

Good value for money, with an excellent location beside the central park. Having a room facing the park on the river side meant that it was very quiet. The room was well appointed, clean and modern. Wifi Internet access was free. Staff were friendly and helpful. |
