The bedroom and the bed were huge and immaculately clean. Restaurant offered gluten free food on the menu. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Car parking expensive. For a place where tax is much lower than France or Spain, the drinks were very expensive in the hotel.

The rooms are big and most of the hotel staff are very warm and willing to assist. Convenient underground carpark. We have stayed in this hotel many times and the quality has been consistent.

While the service provided by most of the hotel staff was impeccable, one of the hotel staff was quite cavalier in his attitude and unhelpful. Also, we could not sleep the first night, due to a concert in the park opposite the hotel that only ended at 6am. The hotel promptly changed our rooms the next night, but I would caution anyone booking this hotel to double-check the activities in the park.

The manager and most of the front desk staff were very helpful and had a lot of initiative in helping us. Of special mention is Toni C., who went out of his way to help us to make arrangements to have our car repaired at short notice. We are very impressed with his service.

Very clean room, we were with a baby and the cot bed was provided for us; quite expensive parking (15euros/night); very good restaurant with decent portions, tasty, fresh cooked food (we skipped breakfast as it was very expensive and had lunch instead). Internet available with a code which you can request at the reception. Free samples from the perfumery with discount cupons. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very nice, very well located in the area. In my opinion is better this hotel like a complete central ones. Is more easy to park, you have also the possibility to park on the street and is chipper like in the underground parking place. The staff is very nice, the rooms are big and clean. We was very satisfied with the conditions. Just one think, the fitness is not the best.

If the fitness well have better tools , well be the best hotel !!!

The staff were friendly, and, important to us, spoke English. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was good too.

Price/quality (4-star) attractive, central location, easy access, parking garage, clean and spacious room.

Loud, annoying muzak in corridors (could be heard in room). During the night from Saturday till Sunday there was a pop concert adjacent to the hotel in a tent causing offensive noise until 2.30 am! Staff claimed that they didn't know in advance. A room on teh other side might have prevented a sleepness night.

Hotel staff speaks reasonably good English and very helpful, especially the male staff at the reception counter. Did not get his name but he was really patient and answered many of our queries. Room is spacious, bed is huge (made up of 2 single beds joined together though). Underground carpark is secured and big, direct access to hotel lobby. Hotel is not directly on the main shopping street but within walking distance, maybe 5 mins walk.

Have to pay 16eur per day for the parking.
