Staff were great, good location. Room was spacious.

Few small things such as a cracked sink and very old fashioned tv (with very poor reception) meant it didn't seem great value for the price. Room layout could be improved with two comfortable chairs just facing a wall. Bed was a little hard for my preference, but slept quite well.

The reception staff were very helpful and spoke very good English the location in the centre of things was very good the room had a view of the river and mountains and the parking downstairs was convient at 18 eurosfor a 24 hour period

The massage service and spa were very good.

The Acta Arthotel was very clean, and presented an upscale, modern design to its rooms and atrium. It featured a lovely spa/exercise area, which we were not able to utilize based on our short stay. We visited Andorra during a national holiday, which provided us with some advantages (we got an excellent, inexpensive, street parking spot), and disadvantages (most restaurants were closed, so we had to fend for ourselves walking around town and eating at places that were open-- which still was very fun.) We did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel, which had an appealing menu, but was rather expensive-- and, we wanted to capture a bit of the local culture.) The front desk staff was very friendly, and spoke a number of languages. I do not believe it is a 5 star hotel based on some extra "frills" one gets at a 5 star hotel, but, I think a four star hotel is a fair assessment. In any case, it is a bargain with the rate we paid, was charming, had a great location, and was clean and well-maintained.

This is not a complaint, but an "fyi" -- We were able to get street parking due to a national holiday, so did not have an opportunity to check out their parking lot. Street parking is very limited so plan on paying extra for parking your car in their lot if you need to.

The room was a designed in a dull brown color. I found it to be very unappealing and not a room I would want to spend time in. The pics of the rooms on here bear no resemblance to the room we got. But its fine for an overnight.

Good location. Good price. Breakfast extra but very comprehensive.

Thought we were booking a family room (double and 2 singles) however the double was a sofa bed. When we enquired at reception it appeared that all family rooms contained sofa beds. The room was enormous so it wasn't too much of a problem.You also had to pay for the swimming pool which wasn't mentioned anywhere - they did however credit the amount back when I queried this.

No problems. I can fully recommend for anybody visiting the city. Pricing might be totally different during peak-season.

Habitación y lavabo muy grande. Muy buena ubicación con parking público muy cercano. Hotel muy tranquilo y nada ruidoso.

Por decir alguna cosa, el televisor es antiguo y cuesta usar el mando a distancia, aunque es lo de menos.

Localização, quartos amplos, boa apresentação.

El trato del personal y la alta calidad de su cocina. Sin duda tiene la mejor oferta gastronómica calidad/precio de todos los hoteles de Andorra. Su carta es variada, la calidad , presentación y preparación de los alimentos excelente, y el precio inferior a su competencia. La carta de vinos es excelente y el precio muy correcto.

El precio del Parking es excesivo. Si precisas entrar y salir varias veces se dispara, ya que no se te aplica la tarifa mínima de 24 horas. Puede salir bastante más caro de los 18 € anunciados.
