games room and bar Facilities not as listed in description. No free bus (with lift pass)as advertised, to ski slopes - apparently this happens in Dec and Jan! No mini bar in room. No ski lockers in hotel as stated in description. Although hotel staff were friendly the whole hotel is badly in need of repairs and renewals. |

The staff of the hotel was nice and the food was good. The incorrect information facilitied of the hotel, meaning that they had no wifi or free shutting service to the sky slopes. |

The hotel was basic but excellent value. It is about 2 km from Soldeu and 2 km from Gran Roig, as we had a car this wasn't a problem. The staff were friendly, the room warm, the shower hot and powerful |

el trato del personal reserve habitacion para 3 y solo habian dos camas individuales y de mala calidad, no pude dormir.el cuarto era pequeño y a la bañera no le funcionaba la fijacion de la alcachofa y tuve que ducharme agarrandola con la mano. |

Las vistas Prácticamente todo, el hotel es merecedor de 2 estrellas para nada de 3. había agujeros en el techo tapados con clinecs, el colchón se hundía, se oía todo el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, el agua salía tan pronto caliente como fría.En definitiva no volveré. |

Het hotel ligt op redelijke afstand van de skipiste, de maaltijden zijn goed en het personeel is vriendelijk. De douche had geen verhoging. De verwarming was niet te regelen, stond te hoog. Het uitzicht op een muur. Ouderwetse dekens. Shirt op kamer kwijtgeraakt!? |

mas o menos bien ubicado el desayuno no os espereis que sea el tipico bufet con salchichas,huevos,bacon y demás porque no hay nada de eso.las camas basante malas,y la cena del hotel regular tirando a bajo.la habitación daba a la calle,parecia que los coches pasaban por dentro de la habitación,y la persiana estaba rota por lo que entraba mucha luz. |

La comida, pese a haber poca variedad estaba bastante buena. La amabilidad del servicio. La calefaccion estaba excesivamente alta por lo que a veces, sobretodo para dormir se hacia dificil poder aguantarla. Poca variedad de comida. |

плохое месторасположение. отсутствует трансфер от отеля на подъёмник: он платный даже при наличии ski-pass. автобус в город и на подъёмник ходит раз в час, не по расписанию. примитивный завтрак один и тот же каждый день. на ужин напитки не включены. отсутствует изоляция в номерах - всё слышно что происходит в соседней комнате. |

El servicio de transfer a pistas, lo mejor (y lo quitaron). Desayuno bastante bueno, y cena aceptable. Zona de bar muy agradable. Excesivo calor, sobretodo en las habitaciones. Camas algo incomodas. Ni sauna ni masajes como indicaba en la web, ni tampoco Wi-Fi, solo 2 PCs en recepcion de pago. El ultimo dia cancelaron el servicio de transfer a pistas... Asi que la gente que llegó a partir de ese dia, a buscarse la vida para ir hasta pistas |
