This was a great hotel ! Located in wonderful nature surrounded by the mountains- the balcony overlooking the valley. Parking just outside the hotel. Wonderful staff ! |

It's really nice and quite and away from the busy shopping tourist area, great views over the mountains. A suspected dose of food poisioning from fish I ate at the restaurant. |

Excellent position with a fantastic view. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good room cleaning service. Dining room great, lounge and fire lovely. Sunny terrace - again a gorgeous view. Ordino is a great little town. A few guests noisy after midnight - we were woken up late on 3 of 7 nights there. Thin walls. Would be useful if public transport times were made explicit from town of Ordino, since I did not have transport. Access to hotel dependent on car (at least going up!) Why not give more info on the specifics of the hotel's position? Tourist office gave me info on local walks and buses. |

El trato, muy familiar. La habitación, sin grandes lujos, pero limpia. La comida, muy bien. Las vistas, fantásticas. El tema de climatización: la primera noche estaba muy baja, la segunda muy alta. El agua para ducharse oscilaba entre fría y caliente también. La TV no funcionaba bien. Pequeños detalles, pero que afectan al confort en la estancia. |

lo que más nos ha gustado a mi marido y a mi es lo bien que te sientes en un entorno tan bonito y relajante, cuando te lebantas por las mañanas escuchando los pajarillos cantar y abres el balcón y ves las impresionantes vistas que hay de la montaña y de la naturaleza que rodea el entorno.es ideal para desconectar de la ciudad y salir de alli relajado. si, el bufet del desayuno podrian mejorarlo solo un poco poniendo más surtido de embutidos y pastas pero en general muy bien. |

Wij waren in het hotel in het laagseizoen (zomer). Het was dan ook erg goedkoop om er te verblijven. De kamer is mooi en het uitzicht geweldig. Verder alles prima. In laagseizoen is het zo goed als verlaten, dus een beetje rare sfeer. Maar dat heeft ook wel wat. |

Très bon accueil et le personnel très professionnel. Hôtel bien tenu, au calme, avec une belle vue. Pour le repas du soir il est proposé un choix entre 3 plats, pas de carte avec plusieurs choix. |
