The hotel staff were very accomodating, they always made sure they smiled. It was good to see great customer service. The rooms were clean and we were able to relax there The only thing was smoking in the lobby, where its the only place we could use the internet. |

Large and clean room and bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to the town centre and ski lift. Good price-quality ratio. |

access to the town is good. Staff helpful. Breakfast ok. Hotel parking is to pay for, but free in the town. Somewhat dated and the rooms could do with an update, but generally clean and tidy. |

The restaurant was lovely - much nicer than having a buffet which most hotels in the area seem to offer. Also, really good bar area. The decor was a bit out of date but the rooms & bathrooms were spacious enough. |

la ubicacion, cerca de Andorra la vella pero lo suficientemente alejado como para estar tranquilos, disfrutando de la montaña y sin el alubion de turistas-compradores que hay en St Julia, Escaldes o And la Vella.Tambien me ha gustado el trato familiar recibido. Y sus instalaciones (piscina y jacuzzi). |

El lugar donde esta enclavado me asignaron una buhardilla, sin ventilacion, sin aire acondicionado, y sin ninguna posibilidad de ventilar al exterior excepto por una ventana en el techo que no se puede abrir porque llovíay se inunda el cuarto |

Hotel familiar y de estancias bien mantenidas. Habitacion sencilla aunque muy limpia. No hay conserje nocturno aunque se facilita el acceso al cliente durante toda la noche. Sin sorpresas de última hora en el precio. Altamente recomendable. Practicamente todo hasido muy correcto |

Bon accueil, hotel très propre et très calme; menus de la demi-pension variés et équilibrés. Réservation bien prise en compte avec la réservation d'une place de parking. Piscine petite mais très agréable avec petit jardin entretenu. La décoration est à moderniser mais l'ensemble est d'un très bon niveau. |
