Accueil sympathique et bonne disponibilité du personnel... Les chambres sont confortables... La nourriture est correcte... Piscine, salle de sport...La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur la vallée: Vue très agréable sur les montagnes. Donc, beaucoup de positif... Ce serait très agréable de pouvoir profiter du bar sans avoir à respirer la fumée... Un autre bar pour les quelques fumeurs invétérés ne serait-il pas une bonne idée? Ne serait-ce que d'un point de vue commercial, les non-fumeurs resteraient sans doute davantage au bar et consommeraient davantage :-) :-)

Le parking payant mais couvert, à bonne température, et puis l'ascenceur à voiture pour aller au parking. Dommage, un peut étroit pour descendre fermer les portes lorsque l'on a une grosse voiture, ou bien il faudrait une commande à distance d'ouverture des portes automatiques en haut et en bas.

El precio la calidad y comodidad de la habitación y del hotel en general. Muy cerca de las pistas de Arcalis (muy comodas para aparcar y con nieve asegurada cuando en otras estaciones no hay o es escasa). La cena bien y el desayuno (buffet) se renueva rapidamente antes de que falte nada. Hemos pasado 3 dias de esqui muy geniales. Ah! Y aparcas cerca de la puerta entrada sin problemas. La sauna no va incluida en el precio y hay que solicitarla con una hora de antelación. Nosotros fuimos a esquiar, asi que nos dió igual.

Chambre impéccable après 3 jours de randonnée, repas correct, petit déjeuner copieux pour un randonneur. Bonne disponiblité de l'acceuil et de la direction de l'hotel, courtois attentif. Le personnel pourrait faire un tout petit effort à l'dentique de la direction, convialité! , apéritif cher.

Ja el coneixia d'una altra vegada. No és luxós però té l'imprescindible per estar agust. La piscina és un bon recurs per relaxar-te quan fa mal temps. La cuina és molt bona. La sala de jocs que hi ha al sòtan podria estar millor senyalitzada I hauria de millorar el seu manteniment.

Su localización, inmejorable para realizar muchas rutas de senderismo por la zona. El desayuno bien. Las habitaciones confortables y tranquilas (menos cuando hay grupos de tu piso). Las puertas, hacen mucho ruido al cerrar. Deberían cambiarlas
