Staff were very helpful, Excellent staff.. Hot water was a bit erratic .. the breakfast was the same every day, Smoking in the lobby, lounge and main dinning room. This was my biggest complaint.. Stopped us from eating in the hotel. Wifi is only avalable down stairs and no internet in the rooms. Word of warning , Mobille phone coverage in the area is veru poor !

Very easy access to ski-slopes. Walk 30 meters to the right from the entrance of the hotel, through a small tunnel between the shops, and you are on the slope. Excellent ski-cellar with lots of space and lift to the street. The staff makes you feel extremely welcome. Good breakfast with bacon, eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, juice etc. WiFi on ground floor only. Good possibilities of loading and unloading in front of hotel, but long time parking is situated at 10 minutes walking distance. We would choose this hotel again.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the 2 min distance from the slopes is a rest. The buffet breakfast and the "à la carte" dinner (almost without options) were really disappointing for a 3 star hotel. The room I was assigned (room with two beds) was the smallest I have ever stayed in any hotel, regardless of the category.

The fact that you had to just cross the road and you where at the slopes. I stayed during the xmas week and was surprised there was no difference in the menu for Christmas day or xmas atmosphere about the hotel at all.

The location was excellent, very near the ski track. But in general the remaining aspects of the hotel are a little below what you expect for a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2 star would be a more suited evaluation... And the price was over 100 eur per night, for that you would expect something more..

La proximidad a las pistas de ski, el personal muy amable, servicial, muy bien, los desayunos y cenas muy buenos. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, no hay espacio suficiente para poder estar cómodo.

Aunque la habitacion era mucho mas pequena que la que se mostraba en Internet y el mobiliario mas antiguo, la estancia fue verdaderamente acogedora y el personal muy atento. Sistema de calefaccion bueno.

Emplacement/personnel sympathique baignoire sans bouchon/absence de billard et de baby-foot chambre trop petite et surtout trop mal aménagée car absence de table de nuit à gauche/armoire sans étagère, pas un m2 pour se retourner - idem pour la salle de bains où poser une malheureuse trousse de toilette relève du parcours du combattant, un vieux tapis de laine pour tapis de bain/absence de sèche cheveux.(on est à la neige !!! ) Petit déjeuner à minima - franchement, ce n'est plus d'époque !!!

La bonne cuisine et le personnel tres accueillant hotel bien situe aux pieds des pistes genial pour les skieurs qui nont que la rue a traverser pour acceder aux pistes Lhotel ne dispose pas assez de parkings prives pas facile pour trouver de la place pour se garer pres de lhotel lorsquil y a du monde

Excelente ubicación a 50 metros de las pistas de Pas de la casa. Increíble atención de todo el personal. Dispuestos a solucionar todo. Como un dia el centro no abrió por viento, nos canjearon los pases, hicieron que nos devolvieran el importe del dia de alquiler de equipo y nos gestionaron adelantar el regreso a Barcelona. Como hay personal argentino, logramos agua para el mate a la tarde, algo que no habíamos conseguido en ningun hotel En Pas de la casa nadie conoce los nombres de las calles. Nosotros llegamos al hotel con el cartero. Hay que averiguar antes de viajar como llegar al hotel
