We stayed in a suite and it was fabulous value for money. Ideally situated for travelling to Spain from the uk via France. Great location for shopping too. Highly recommended.

The employees of the hotel were all very nice. The hotel is very central (middle of the shopping center) and they have a private/locked parking center under the hotel - this was key reason for us to stay here. We paid approx EUR 20 the parking but we knew that upfront - it was worth it for us because we had a fully packed car. Overal - the hotel is good if you do not expect the best. The gym and spa ! A bit misleading. The hotel advertises with a gym and spa, but the gym was very poor. There was only one fitness machine (and 2 or 3 cardio machines) - and it was broken - the hotel tried to fix it with a screw. The spa was just a little hottub (cheap version - like you would buy for your kids in your garden). The hotel is classed as 5 stars, but also that is a bit misleading - floor in hotelroom was broken. Do not expect ultimate luxury. The location is their strenght. One more thing.... do not go to the pizzeria/tapas bar (someting with mamma in name) next to the hotel: They have very moody employees and they do not sell pizzas all day.

Petit déjeuner pas terrible et trés cher, cet hotel ne merite pas un 5* car il n'a ni le service ni le confort d'un 5* par contre il n'etait vraiment pas cher.

Etablissement sympathique mais mobilier tres vieillissant, vieux televiseurs souvent en panne ensemble tout juste au niveau d'un deux etoiles normes francaises qui affiche 5 etoiles !!!, acceptable seulement en cas de prix promo.

Es un Hotel que me gusta mucho, esta bien situado, las instalaciones estan bien, no de 5 estrellas, un 4 estrellas y justo. Falta de Personal, en general, en el comedor lentos, y si tienes un problema como yo tuve de calefacción nadie subio a la habitación a mirar si habia hecho algo mal, en este aspecto peor que un simple Hostal. Repito todo es por falta de personal, por lo tanto deja mucho que desear el ser un 5 estrellas

La situacion y el confort.l Anuncian como propias las instalaciones y servicios de spa, etc., estan en otro hotel, hay que reservar y pagar. Es confusa y engañosa esa informacion.

“For a one night stopover this was a pleasant hotel. We had quite a large room, very quiet and comfortable. As we don't like sleeping in air conditioning it was nice to be able to have the balcony door securely partially open.
