We stayed in a suite and it was fabulous value for money. Ideally situated for travelling to Spain from the uk via France. Great location for shopping too. Highly recommended.

The employees of the hotel were all very nice. The hotel is very central (middle of the shopping center) and they have a private/locked parking center under the hotel - this was key reason for us to stay here. We paid approx EUR 20 the parking but we knew that upfront - it was worth it for us because we had a fully packed car. Overal - the hotel is good if you do not expect the best. The gym and spa ! A bit misleading. The hotel advertises with a gym and spa, but the gym was very poor. There was only one fitness machine (and 2 or 3 cardio machines) - and it was broken - the hotel tried to fix it with a screw. The spa was just a little hottub (cheap version - like you would buy for your kids in your garden). The hotel is classed as 5 stars, but also that is a bit misleading - floor in hotelroom was broken. Do not expect ultimate luxury. The location is their strenght. One more thing.... do not go to the pizzeria/tapas bar (someting with mamma in name) next to the hotel: They have very moody employees and they do not sell pizzas all day.

Habitacion confotable y muy bien equipada Gimnasio muy pequeño con solo cuatro maquinas. Hall muy sencillo y pequeño. He estado en hoteles con mejores servicios de cuatro estrellas.

Demi-pension : comprend le repas au restaurant qui est très bien Le centre soins est appréciable J'ai réservé en stipulant que j'avais un chien (50€!!!) et que je souhaitais un grand lit... Ma 2ième volonté n'a pas été prise en considération : j'ai eu 2 petits lits!!!! Très vilain! Le responsable de l’hôtel m'a fait comprendre que le site de réservation (booking.com) ne pouvait pas gérer ce type de demande : pourtant, ils ont bien noté que j'avais un chien! PS : j'avais pourtant téléphoné au site pour avoir confirmation de mes requêtes.

La situació, el preu, l'amabilitat del servei, les facilitats. El servei complert: wifi gratis, canal plus i spa en el prue. L'habitació adaptada de minusvàlid. La varietat de menjar. Pots trobar moltes estones on l'spa no està a tope de gent. Sense demanar-ho ens van proporcionar les dos habitacions juntes i un dels requisits era que una havia de ser adaptada: ho entenem com a molt bona qualitat de servei No vam poder fer us del parking. No es podia reservar i estava ple. No hi havia suficient llum al restaurant. Hi havia poc personal i ens vam haver d'esperar força estona tant a la recepció com per sopar.

La ubicación es perfecta, está en zona muy comercial y accesible con aparcamiento, ya que ibamos con niños. El hotel es de alta calidad, la habitación (junior suite) muy amplia, limpia y no le faltaba detalle. Trato personal muy amable. He notado a faltar unas zapatillas en el baño o que estuvieran a disposición del cliente en la zona común del spa.
