Very friendly and helpful staff; hearty breakfast

On the third night (around midnight) there was a very loud argument at the reception area; it lasted almost one hour.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays we've had, because of the warmth and helpfulness of the owners. I cannot recommend them enough - they are what you hope every hotel owner would be like, and made our stay. It is a budget hotel, so if you need your comforts there are other places, but the rooms are comfy, it is good value, 50 metres from the ski lift, and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely go back just for the welcome.

The couple running the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, in fact the most welcoming of any hotel we have stayed at. The family room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and with twin bathrooms, very functional. The location was perfect, a minutes walk on the flat to the ski slopes and very central for restaurants and shops. Breakfast was varied and filling.

No wifi in the rooms, only in the bar area. No car park meant leaving the car in the public car park the other side of town. No problem if staying in the town for skiing but would be mildly annoying if planning lots of away trips. No different from all the other hotels in this regard.

A family hotel,run by an exceptionally friendly couple. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel is well situated 5 minutes walk from the slopes. We will definitely go back to hotel Casado if we go to Andorra again.

Great welcome, close to slopes, nothing too much trouble, delicious breakfast, lots of hot water and very warm rooms. Perfect for skiing with friends. All rooms on same corridor.

Having to go home!

Extremely lucky to stay there and feel all owner's friendliness and hospitality. Moreover ski lifts are behind the corner, as well as shops, restaurants and pubs

Excellent service during long weekend stay at this hotel, when feeling was like you have been came to visit your old friends, so kind and warm was hotel's personnel attitude to their guests .

ムッシューがとてもフレンドリーで、まるで親戚の家に泊っているかのようにアットホームでした。

Понравился дружелюбный персонал, отличное местоположение (до 100 метров до ближайшего подъемника), чистота. Очень немаловажным является отношение хозяев, готовность помочь и подсказать.

В нашнм номере краска на потолке в ванной отслаивалась. Неудобства не доставляда, однако не очень для 3 может быть и андорских, но все же звезд. Приятно что хозяин оценил работу своих ремонтников и переделал все как надо.

Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant. Bien que simple, le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'hotel est parfaitement situé, à 100m du pied des pistes.

La literie est moyenne, notre chambre donnée sur la rue et il y avait un peu de bruit pendant la nuit.

L'accueil des patrons est très chaleureux. La chambre très propre. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Les patrons sont de bons conseils pour aller manger.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a deux ans. Le patron nous a pourtant reconnus, ce qui est toujours agréable. La bonne humeur ambiante. La propreté.

Buena ubicación y buen desayuno.

No hay insonorización alguna de las habitaciones y se oye todo. Preguntamos un miercoles si en lugar de agotar la estancia reservada hasta el sabado por la mañana podríamos anticipar la salida al viernes, nos dijeron que sí y luego nos cobraron igualmente la noche de estancia del viernes al sabado, aunque no la usaramos. Por ello nos sentimos burlados.
