Excellent clean accommodation. Friendly reception staff who were especially very helpful and understanding when we had car difficulties and needed a late check-out. Beautiful location in Ordino. We loved the mountain views, and our young children loved the playground directly across from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. |

L'appartement réservé devait être un duplex. Pour moi, il s'agissait d'un f&ux duplex : les lits en mezanine n'étaient accessibles que our des enfants. Il était impossible pour un adulte d'y accéder. On ne peut pas dire qu'il s'agissait véritablement d'une chambre car elle n'avait pas de porte. Je trouve que le tarif était trop élevé pour le confort.Les ubstentiles de cuisine étaient rudimentaires. |

la ubicacion es muy buena, no hay que pagar zona azul, es facil encontrar aparcamiento. Nunca habia estado en un apartahotel y este me ha parecido de lo mejor, camas comodas, amplias habitaciones y todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias confortablemente. Seguro que repetiremos. Lo mas importante es la independencia. |

La tranquilidad de la zona Cogimos una habitación con Jacuzzi y resulta que era una ducha con hidromasaje, que no tiene ni punto de comparación con el jacuzzi; esto nos decepciono mucho la verdad. |

El apartamento estaba bien equipado, la tranquilidad de la zona, la amabilidad en el servicio, la excelente relación calidad-precio y el yacuzzi (muy limpio y amplio). Tener que hacer el check out a las 10 de la mañana. |

El horario de atención, hasta las 0h. Personal competente. El malentendido que causó la reserva de Booking.com, que nos hizo cambiar de apartamento a una calidad menor, obligándonos a no poder deshacer las maletas hasta el segundo día, y el tiempo que nos hizo perder. |
