Excellent clean accommodation. Friendly reception staff who were especially very helpful and understanding when we had car difficulties and needed a late check-out. Beautiful location in Ordino. We loved the mountain views, and our young children loved the playground directly across from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. |

El apartamento estaba bien equipado, la tranquilidad de la zona, la amabilidad en el servicio, la excelente relación calidad-precio y el yacuzzi (muy limpio y amplio). Tener que hacer el check out a las 10 de la mañana. |

El horario de atención, hasta las 0h. Personal competente. El malentendido que causó la reserva de Booking.com, que nos hizo cambiar de apartamento a una calidad menor, obligándonos a no poder deshacer las maletas hasta el segundo día, y el tiempo que nos hizo perder. |

La possibilité d'avoir l'appartement uniquement pour une nuit (très utile quand on voyage avec des enfants de bas âge). Petite cuisine sans lave vaisselle. Pas de produit pour nettoyer le sol. Nous avons eu des problème pour activer la télévision, mais comme nous sommes restés qu'une nuit nous n'avons pas fait la remarque à la réception. |
