Exceptionally polite helpful staff (we had a problem with the car and they called a mechanic). Excellent value (even threw in a bottle of bubbly).Convenient for town of Ordino or ski bus. Parking on site. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at 6.50 more than adequate though we preferred the bakers. On the road so a little noisy in the mornings. A bit stark: a rug on the floor would have softened things and equipped kitchen only adequate.

An immaculate hotel in a wonderful setting. We were made very welcome by the manager who explained everything to us in perfect English. The apartment was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was worth all of the €5. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town and perfectly situated for walks or drives up the valley in either direction. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting Andorra.

To be able to spend a weekend with the dog, which is not usual in Spanish hotels. The room was big enough and quiet. Good situation in Ordino, routes for biking or hiking start here. Parking no problem. You have to book breakfast in advance, so they can prepare it for you. If you don't book, you still can have breakfast, but don't dare to ask for refill if things are short. In this case, I suggest they'd rather tell you from beginning that you cannot have breakfast. Because the price remains the same (ok, five eur, but still)

Apartamento amplio, con bañera de hidromasaje y un equipamiento correcto. Muy limpio y confortable. Se hubiera agradecido tener un horno (sólo había microondas) y, puestos a pedir, un lavavajillas.

El hotel estaba muy bien, la habitacion era enorme, con jacuzzi. El desayuno era escaso pero todo estaba buenisimo. Las camas eran muy incomodas, no dormimos bien nadie de nuestra familia.

Me ha gustado la ubicación en el pueblo de Ordino. La distribución del habitáculo. La limpieza de las instalaciones. El equipamiento de utensilios de cocina. En general todo bastante bien. Segun la nota que dejé, indicaba que la luz elétrica era un poco deficiente. Con unas bombillas de bajo consumo se ganría en claridad y un buen ahorro de energía. Una bombilla de bajo consumo de 25w equivale a una de 100w.
