Set at 1300 metres above sea level, Aparthotel Casa Vella is in Ordino, only 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Vallnord and 8 km from Andorra La Vella. It has impressive views of the mountains and forest. The aparthotel has spacious, mountain-style apartments, with 1 or 2 rooms with double or twin beds. They have a living area with a double sofa bed, a 42-inch flat-screen TV and a safe. There is also a dining area, and a kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a bath or hydromassage shower. The property features a café, where you can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast. Packed lunches are also available to take with you. Casa Vella is just 3 km from the ski lifts at Pal-Arinsal. Hiking is also popular in the surrounding area. The aparthotel also offers ski storage, as well as on-site parking for an extra cost, and there is plenty of free parking nearby. The staff is very friendly and they accept animals. We had a 2 bedroom delux, but it was very very small, second flor can not be counted as a room. It cannot be for 6 people.

Exceptionally helpful staff willing to take time to help you with directions. I lost my adaptor plug for my laptop and the staff found me another . Lovely feeling in Andorra re safety and crime -free zone. Rooms a little tired but stilkl great value

Everything! Nice aparthotel with friendly staff, good location and large and well equipped apartments. Will definately go back if I ever go to Ordino again.

Free car parking outside, very close to village centre, good restaurants nearby. Friendly welcome on arrival, and useful advise regarding food shopping (good supermarket 1km away) and excellent mountain walks about 12 km away. Apartment had adequate cooking facilities (but we needed our own travel kettle!) Good buffet breakfast with varied food offered.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Vella. The manager, Louis could not have done more to help and make our stay a pleasure. This aparthotel was very good value indeed in May. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. A kettle would have been welcome.

El tracte rebut i l ' atenció personal, el meu germà viu a Ordino i no varen posar cap impediment per que la famil·lia pogués entrar a visitar -nos, tracte molt familiar.

Me ha encantado el apartamento, muy bien equipado, y la ubicación es perfecto, Ordino es un pueblo precioso. El horario de recepción creo que debería ser más amplio

Les appartement sont spacieux, bine aménagés : placards muraux "géants", tv, frigo, plaque des cuissons et vaisselle. La sale de bain est spacieuse. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie bine qu'un peu âgée est en très bon état et confortable. Sol en granit, murs couverts de marbre (sdb). La chambre 105 peut accueillir 4 adultes et 2 ados ! Le petit dej est copieux, le site est très très bine, pour un petit village vous trouverez de tout à proximité (supermarché dia, station service, office du tourisme, restaurants, bar, ...). Nous sommes arrivés tard et le patron avait préparé un petit mot en Français avec les clés pour nous. En cherchant bien : l'eau chaude qui met un peu de temps à arriver le matin lors de la première utilisation du robinet.... Mais faut vraiment chercher pour trouver quelque chose à reprocher à cet établissement

El trato del personal es magnifico estuvieron pendientes en todo momento y con todo tipo de detalles, nos gusto mucho y pensamos volver... No encontramos ningun detalle significativo para poder decir "esto no nos gusto"

Nos ha gustado mucho que es un pueblo muy tranquilo sin ruido por la noche, el personal es muy amable y el jacuzzi que tubimos genial No nos ha gustado que no hay muchas tiendas en el pueblo y hay que ir a andorra expresamente a comprar, el jacuzzi se encendia solo a todas horas, debia ser un fallo electrico
