Its good central location near a big car park. Good room on the top with balcony. Only there for the shopping and it fitted the bill exactly. We did feel the bathroom could have been cleaner - very dirty between the tiles a bit of the ceiling was hanging down. |

The feeling of giving the key back to reception and leaving the hotel. Spent much time waiting for the girls at reception to actually acknowledge we have walked into the room, the girls were too busy gossiping and laughing to serve us. They were both short and abrupt, and definitely did not have a friendly or welcoming look on their face. The room had ancient doona covers covered in cigarette burns. Beds so uncomfortable, may as well have been sleeping on the floor. The door to the balcony did not lock. The tv didnt work, we were told there was one we could watch in reception, to this day still have never seen this mystery tv. Parking was difficult to find. |

Los agujeros de la puerta del baño y la cucaracha que se paseaba por el suelo del lavabo. Tener la habitación con televisión y no poder utilizarla porque el mando no funcionaba y no nos lo cambiaron porque no tenían de repuesto y la conserje de noche (una mujer mayor) la solución que nos dio era que nos pusiéramos a jugar a las cartas. La reserva que hicimos era de habitación doble con cama de matrimonio y nos alojaron en una habitación con cuatro camas individuales y una de las cuales tenia una pata rota y otra tenia una quemadura considerable en el edredón. |

Bueno estuvimos en el Somriu no en el Cassany, la ubicación es muy buena, supercéntrica, habitación espaciosa, lavabo muy correcto Dificil acceso en coche. Lo peor la poca luz en las habitaciones y en el lavabo, un poco mas de potencia en las bombillas no iria mal. La calefaccion el primer dia estaba superalta y no se podia regular, de nada nos da un desmayo, los otros dias ya bastante mejor |

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion pues esta en el corazon de la Avda Meritxell, en el centro de Andorra. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitacion de 4, y eramos 2 parejas de amigos y nos salio super economico y super bien. El desayuno muy bien, croassants, leche zumo de todo, lo normal, tampoco nada del otro mundo pero muy correctito, por el precio que pagamos sobre todo....El lavabo tenia toallas limpias e incluso geles. Secador de pelo, todo genial. Nos toco una habitacion en un piso, - 2 creo recordar, no significa en un sotano ni mucho menos si no que el hotel por la parte trasera es como si hiciera pendiente. Y para llegar a la habitacion era un poco laberintico y nadie nos acompaño. Solo eso. |

La recepcionista muy agradable y muy centrico. El servicio de limpieza estaba bien. Es un hotel sencillo para gente de paso y sin lujos. Le falta mantenimiento de las habitaciones: un pomo colgando, un interruptor roto, el agujero de un clavo en la pared (se supone que de un cuadro) y deben hacer un pensamiento para cambiar los colchones. El desayuno un poco escaso, solo habian 3 clases de crusanes, 2 clases de pan de molde, 3 embutidos, 3 clases de zumos y 1 maquina de cafes. Las chicas del servicio de desayuno no reponian "con alegria". Les aconsejamos que tomen "All Bran". |
