As the name suggests...it is very central and the public carpark is next to the hotel. I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful during our stay. |

the staff were very friendly- especially in the bar/snack area. I'm not sure I didn't like it as such (it was a nostalgic kick back to a bygone era)....but if I'd been with other members of my family the smoking in public areas that still exists in Andorra would have been a problem. |

client occasionnel depuis plusieurs années je constate une degradation de l'ensemble dans tous les domaines literie, completement deteriorée,mauvaise isolation phonique,nourriture tres mauvaise, viandes abjectes,legumes loin d'etre frais petit dejeuner deplorable,que du congelé,et tout cela accompagné d'un service nul Synthese:hotel a eviter imperativement |

nous avons apprécié la propreté de la chambre et l'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil le buffet "libre" du soir était très médiocre : la paella avec beaucoup de petits morceaux de coquilles de moules et du riz à peine cuit! Quant aux desserts , en quantité très limités, certains fruits au sirop avaient de la moisissure! qualité et hygiene alimentaire à revoir !! |

Nous allons dans cet établissement deux fois l'année et cela depuis 6 ans, je pense que si cela était non satisfaisant, nous aurions rapidement changé d'hôtel. |

Good proximity to ski slopes. The 2 guys on reception were both very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast: some yogurts passed their use-by date. Tray, glasses a little dirty looking. The system of paying for an extra croissant or orange juice always seems a little mean-spirted |

L'hôtel est bien placé car au centre de la station et la présence d'un gardien la nuit à l'accueil est fortement appréciée. Seul inconvénient mais pas directement lié à l'hôtel : le réseau de carte bancaire n'a pas fonctionné lors du départ au moment de régler la note. |

L isolation entre couloir de service et la chambre meme est tres mediocre et la nuit le moindre bruit devient vite genant , dommage ..... et personne pour veiller au personne qui parle voire qui hurle dans le couloir..... Pas etonnant qu il y ai eut un cambriolage de chambre !!!!!! |
