some exploring to ski areas and shopping around the corner too noisy during early morning. Some room facing the street athat hardly can sleep well with the trucks cleaning the roads |

Generous breakfast. Staff is pleasant but poorly trained and poorly supported. In fact, the whole hotel obviously needs better management. |

The receptionist at the front desk was not particularly helpful. she murmured something in spanish/french when i did not produce the confirmation slip although i did give her the booking number! She even made gestures as in "there is nothing i can do' which she eventually did after much persuasion. |

交通及逛街很方便,費用經濟, It's very convient for shopping and taking the bus to other cities of Andorra.Its situation is perfect. 入住發現房間電視故障,櫃台答應派人來看,但數小時無人前來,再度溝通時櫃台已換班,告以週日僅一人值班服務,無法處理,須等次日再說...,The first day after I checked in,I found the T.V had no function, the counter told me that she will sent someone to check,but I've waitted many hours,no one came, I asked again,another lady was on duty and told me it's impossible to deal with the problem, because there is only one person on duty on sunday,I must wait till tomorrow. |

Brochure said Englsih was spoken when clearly this was not the case. Hotel very basic, food not very good. |

la situation en plein centre àproximité des commerces et restaurant pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture la literie laisse à désirer; l'hotel est tres vieillot. faite attention au parking vous risquez d'endommager le devant de votre voiture. |

tienen wifi y la television es pequeña pero es pantalla plana. el servicio, la persona de recepción no se enteraba de nada. en el comedor, muy poca variedad, poca comida, todo fritanga y acompañamientos muy tristes, y el buffet del desayuno bastante pobre y los embutidos resecos. mobiliario muy antiguo. mucho ruido en la habitacion. |

Està en un lugar ideal para recorrer Andorra la Vella, ya sea para pasear por la ciudad o para ir de compras o recorrer la montaña. Muy buena relaciòn precio-calidad. Nada. Todo estuvo muy correcto, tal vez agregar algo de fruta al desayuno. |

Sa situation au coeur de la ville, pour les amateurs de shopping.Un parking, en face dde l'hotel. La classification en catégorie 3 étoiles me paraît un peu surfaite. Il faudrait soit rénover les chambres, soit passer en 2 étoiles, ce qui ne serait pas infamant et correspondrait mieux aux lieux et au service de restauration. |
