Beautiful location in the mountains. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and pleasant and we wish we could have stayed longer. |

the staff was very very kind and helpful. the parking is free of charge, which is not so common in Andorra. The breakfeast. it was quite worm, and we did not have AC in the room. However, I understand this is not normally needed. |

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff; good service; exellent menu. Without my Satnav I would have had great difficulty in finding the hotel. Good visible signs from the main road would be very helpful. |

Good food,excellent value for the money,located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown shopping malls ,very scenic location. Staff very friendly and apparently fluent in Catalan,Spanish,French and Portugese. It was perfect |

Erg afgelegen, echt voor rustzoekers (12 km van Andorra-stad). Mooie locatie, Ook menuutje niet onaardig. Hotel mist een 'ziel' (in september). Kreeg een beetje het gevoel van 'The Shining'. |

Prettig personeel, goede faciliteiten, mooi uitzicht, prettig zwembad, voldoende ligstoelen, bij mooi weer gezellig buiten eten. We verbleven 4 nachten en kregen eerst een erg kleine kamer onder een schuin dak, met nauwelijks raam. |

La qualité de l'accueil et la cordialité du personnel. Prix imbattables pour les repas et consommations. Equipement des chambres insuffisant pour un 3 étoiles (pas de sèche-cheveux ni de minibar, linge de toilette usé - mais propre); l'autorisation de fumer à l'intérieur des chambres et au salon, car du coup les odeurs rentraient par les fenêtres… mais c'est hélas un problème général en Andorre car on y ignore encore les méfaits du tabac! |
