Good location, several big public parkings at a walking distance. Good value for money. Friendly staff

Rooms are quite small especially if you have a lot of ski gear. Sound isolation is poor so be prepared to hear a lot about what your neighbors do

Good value per money for one night stay. The hotel is 10 min driving from the Andorra la Vella shopping center.

The rooms are very small. There's too much furniture and it's hard to move around with the suitcase. The parking lot is small, but if you're lucky to get a spot, the guard is very friendly. The price for parking is 14 eu, so take it into account. Also, you have to leave the keys in the car, and it closes at 22:00 and opens again at 8:00, so your car is stuck there between those hours.

The breakfast was a very good value

stuff and atmosfere in the hotel very uptight and uncomfortable , rules and rules whereever you turn , looks like there is management issues and specially shocking that 4 star hotel with 10 floors has no secured generator for elevator , I got stuck twice in dead electricly elevator with my 8 years old son and he was teriffied and had to go 8 floors up on the stairs to get to the room ,stuff had no idea what happend and for 4 star that is not great option //// should be realy no more than 3 stars hotel

Great location; just 4-5 minutes walk to the Caldea spa and Andorra main street shopping and restaurants. Clean hotel for a bargain price.

The room we stayed in was tiny and not particularly well equipped, but for the price we did not complain. Local parking is pricey (€15 for 24 hours in the nearby overground car park - and this was out of season!). The only cheaper alternative was on-road parking, but this was only free between 6PM and 8AM, and we didn't fancy getting up early to move the car!

Habitaciones y baños muy pequeños, y no renovados.

no hay nada ke no me ha gustado, porque tampoco e tenido problemas, aunque resaltaria ke el acceso para carros bebes esta mal hacen falta rampa de entrada y de acceso mostrador.

La ubicación era muy buena y la calidad precio merece la pena, es amplio y las habitaciones están bastante bien.

El Parkin lo cierran a las 22:30 y no puedes ni sacar ni meter el coche a partir de esa hora. Te lo Iimita el movimiento, y si llegas tarde pagas sin poder meter el coche. Puenden mejorar los baños, están limpios pero personalmente no me gustan las cortinas en la bañera, me dan un poco de asco.

Lo escogimos porque estaba a 200 metros de Caldea. Por tanto la situación era muy buena, cerca del centro comercial de Escaldes-Engordany- Andorra la Vella. Eramos 4 y la habitación familiar estaba muy bien para albergar las 4 camas.

El aseo está muy desactualizado y las bolas de polvo corrían por la mesa donde estaba la tele...preferimos no mirar debajo de las camas. Las vistas de la habitación eran a un patio de luces gris, feo y muy sucio.

La atencion de los trabajadores del hotel.

No me ha gustado la habitación que se nos adjudico. Era pequeña, oscura y triste, nada que ver con la foto que aparece en internet, Me siento engañada.

Absolutamemte nada, excepto localizacion, aunque como muchos otros en Andorra. Que aceptaron a mi mascota

Todo. Personal impertinente. Pago con amex no posible, aunque esto es otra cosa mas (adicional) imputable a su buena falta de gestion desde bookings, como me ha ocurrido ultimamente. Hotel en estado muy cuestionable, habitacion ahogadiza. No volvere al hotel, ni a reservar con Booking mas.

Situacion

Habitacion antigua. Poco comoda

En recepción nos acogieron muy bien, muy amables y las habitaciones muy acogedoras. El hombre del parking también muy amable.

El garaje muy pequeño y tenias que dejar las llaves puestas en el coche para que lo movieran. La habitación muy muy pequeña, el cuarto de baño con una bañera que no cabía un niño pequeño de dos años estirado. Te hacían la cama de cualquier manera, no te estiraban ni las sabanas, etc.

El trato al llegar de la recepcionista y que nos ha costado bastante caro para el tipo de habitación que era. Calidad/Precio no era la adecuada

Poca insonorización en habitaciones. Habitación excesivamente pequeña .

Las habitaciones que nos tocaron (somos 6 de familia) eran espaciosas. Cabían 4 personas por habitación.

Sólo había Wifi en la recepción. En las habitaciones no. Tampoco había la posibilidad de poderse conectar a un ordenador del hotel porque tampoco había. Parquing caro: 16 eur al día y había que dejar las llaves puestas. Así qué tuvimos que subir todo a la habitación.
