the staff were friendly,nice seating area in lounge bar. The selection on the buffet breakfast and evening meals was good, but needed to be hotter. The rooms could do with updating , and the lack of a safe in the room was a disappointment. Also no hair dryer supplied. The food was not kept warm enough. |

El desayuno era muy copioso y estaba todo muy bueno. Además era hasta las 10:30. la calefacción estaba muy alta (exagerado) y no se podía regular. |

Próximidade às pista de ski; alimentação servida e simpatia dos funcionários. Não gostei do muito fumo existente na sala, bar e até mesmo nos corredores do hotel. Sugiro a criação de zonas para fumadores. |

La gente del hotel fueron muy amables. El servicio de restaurante fue perfecto. La limpieza de la habitación buena. Pero lo que si me gustaría destacar fue el trato recibido en recepción que fue impresionante, un diez para ellos. Muchas gracias. |

La proximitée des boutiques du centre ville et des commercants en règle général. Le fait de se situer au pied des pistes. Hotel étant situé en plein centre ville, le bruit extérieur est vraiment trop éxagéré. Mais c'est le choix de vouloir etre en plein centre. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est très disponible. Le plus, le voiturier qui assure le stationnement dans le parking. Les chambres situées en façade sont soumises au bruit de la rue (la discothèque de l'établissement y est pour beaucoup). Il y a un manque d'isolation sonore). |

Lo único que merece la pena mencionar es el trato del personal y la calidad, cantidad del desayuno buffet Por tener la reserva hecha a través de Booking nos daban un trato especial, diferente a todo el resto de reservas. Por ejemplo teníamos que abonar por adelantado la estancia, la habitación era la peor, en un rincón fuera del pasillo central de habitaciones. |

El trato con el personal del hotel, el buffet del desayuno y la cena. El tamaño de la habitación cuádruple, su disposición y las camas, que eran incómodas. Además nos pareció mal que se cobrase aparte la bebida de la cena. No lo vimos indicado en las condiciones de la media pensión. |

Hotel perfecto con para los amantes del esqui ya que el acceso a pistas es muy cercano y fácil, habitaciones confortables, trato agradable del personal y comida excelente. Un hotel a recomendar. |
