They are equipped with air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is less than 6 miles from the Grandvalira ski resort. The manager Mr Rafael was very helpful in sorting out the problems withthe booking once brought to his attention- 3 days in and after being fobbed off by other staff. Living off a reputation of previous hotels 5 star rating. Front desk staff are not helpful or show any concern as to your comfort, there is a lack of information available for use either in the room or at the reception.

La literie est de bonne qualité L'attente pour le petit déjeuner. Salle trop petite pour accueillir les clients. La chambre a été faite que vers 16 heures alors que l'on voulait se reposer. Manque du personnel pour un 5 étoiles.

Calidad en las instalaciones y ubicación excelente. Instalaciones de Ocio, dentro del hotel se encontraban fuera de servicio. Excesivamente caro el Parking del Hotel.

très bel hôtel dans l'ensemble, personnel aimable et professionnel, chambre et locaux propres, piscine chauffée et mini jacuzzi correct , buffet petit déjeuner varié salle adolescent avec cinéma, billard et xbox.....hors service, parking payant, pas de restaurant du standing de l'hôtel ni de room service

“For a one night stopover this was a pleasant hotel. We had quite a large room, very quiet and comfortable. As we don't like sleeping in air conditioning it was nice to be able to have the balcony door securely partially open.
