The room was big and comfy. I had a junior suite which was very nice and clean. The food is not worth the price. Neither breakfast nor dinner lives up to the standards of a five star hotel. Cold eggs in the morning, mayonnaise salads for dinner. Walls are paper thin, which disturbed me numerous times. |

Nothing in particular !!! Really disappointed within a 5*star hotel ....could hardly give 3* ..... They have to improve 1.-Service !!!!!!!! 2.- Rooms(very old , dirty 7 noisy ) 3.- no restaurant...bar ... only buffet???for 5 star hotel???? |

the childrens facilities were fanstic and the staff at reception were nice enough but a bit abrupt. the staff in the restaurant and car park were very friendly and helpful. the quality of food in the restaurant was surpprisingly under par for a five star hotel and I wasn't happy that the cups and glasses were very obviously rinsed out in the bathroom sink for 3 days. When checking out the girl refused to show me my bill before she took my card payment. |

Good central location, good size rooms, staff friendly. swimming pool small and crowded with more than 4 people in it. Some of the games in the games room out of order. Hotel in general a little outdated and in need of a spucing up. I would not rate this hotel above a 4 star. |

El hotel está bien situado, en el centro de Andorra La Vella. En la habitación, que era una suite, había un pequeño salón y luego el dormitorio. Había dos teles. El personal dejó mucho que desear. Nos tocó una recepcionista novata, pero no esperas que aun siendo novatos sean tan poco profesionales. Nos dijeron que no nos podían dar la habitación hasta las 15 y cuando llegamos a las 15.30 aún no estaba lista. La apariencia del hotel no parece que sea de 5 estrellas. |

Estuvimos muy tranquilos, muy comodos, todo era muy silencioso, muy limpio. Tambien al estar lejos de todo pudimos disfrutar mas del hotel Demasiado lejos de todo.creiamos que estabamos a 5 minutos andando de caldea y de las tiendas. |
