Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Ruoka sekä palvelutaso kokonaisuudessaan ei jätä toivomisen varaa. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja varustelutasotasoltaan erinomaisia . Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä valintaamme. |

the childrens facilities were fanstic and the staff at reception were nice enough but a bit abrupt. the staff in the restaurant and car park were very friendly and helpful. the quality of food in the restaurant was surpprisingly under par for a five star hotel and I wasn't happy that the cups and glasses were very obviously rinsed out in the bathroom sink for 3 days. When checking out the girl refused to show me my bill before she took my card payment. |

Good central location, good size rooms, staff friendly. swimming pool small and crowded with more than 4 people in it. Some of the games in the games room out of order. Hotel in general a little outdated and in need of a spucing up. I would not rate this hotel above a 4 star. |

Very good hotel with excellent facilities and well-trained stuff. Nicely located, just steps away from the shopping area. I find 20 Euro for parking to be a bit too expensive. |

The staff were excellent, especially at check in. The room was spotless and spacious. Perfectly located for shopping. I couldnt say enough about this hotel. Incredible value for money |

É um hotel que apesar de não estar situado no centro de Andorra, pemite um acesso fácil a este e a localização pode conisderar-se boa. O quarto que inicialmente nos foi destinado tinha os televisores avariados, bem como, segundo nos informaram no local acontecia em todo o 4º piso. A mudança para outro quarto não foi imediata, levou algum tempo e só depois de várias insistências a adopção de tal solução, sugerida por nós logo no início, foi tomada. |

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'hôtel proche des commerces, la propreté de la chambre et ses équipements (hormis les tv). Personnel restreint à la réception donc longue attente à l'arrivée et au départ. 2 tv dans la chambre, toutes les 2 défectueuses ; dans la chambre de mes amis, même chose. |

Les installations spa/piscines sont sympas Hôtel froid, sans âme comme peut l'être le Mercure d'Andorre qui a un salon avec des sièges en cuir pour se relaxer et prendre un bon thé, ce qui manque au crown plaza. Il manque des espaces détentes et pour un 5 étoiles c'est bien dommage. |

Las instalaciones están muy bien adaptadas y el Hotel para ir con niños, una maravilla!! No cambiaron las sábanas de la cama cuando estaban manchadas. Volvieron a poner las mismas. |

La amplitud de la habitacion Demasiado antiguo para ser un 5 estrellas. Parking muy caro, y no me dejaron aparacar más de 10 minutos el coche en la zona reservada del hotel, pq llegaba un autocar. Quizas pagan más ells? no creo ya que eran un grupo de inserso. El lavabo de la habitación bastante nmal |
