Large, spacious suite. Everything you'd expect from a top end hotel - mini bar, a TV in bedroom as well as the sitting room, luxurious bathroom complete with bathrobes and complimentary toiletries, pool and leisure facilities in the basement. what was advertised as a double room actually had 2 singles pushed together; despite the double glazing, there was a lot of noise coming from the street below late at night, so sleep was disturbed; breakfast not included in cost of room; parking cost a staggering 31 Euro per night! |

Excellent quality rooms. Spacious, mountain view. I never seen such a spacious master suite, I think it was 2double beds. The second suite also spacious. Nice decor. Walkable to shopping and central park and the river. Breakfast was included. I will stay again. |

The location was very good, close walk to shops, breakfast was ok. This is far from a 5 star hotel. more like 3 star. There are no limited staff. No one porters. Rooms were poorly cleaned. No cups washed or coffee or tea renewed. Spa area is old and dirty. |

We did a last minute booking with an excellent rate. Excellent rooms, well located for a city trip. Wifi worked pretty well in our room, but may not be the case for all. Room was a bit too hot, although heating system was suppossedly off. |

Room was quite big with sofa. All the facilities(zakuzzi, etc) are extremely small, I wonder how they got the 5 stars, In the room water pot was really dirty, and phone to reception didn't work so i had to go down to change one and also one of window were broken inside the room. (hotel didn't seem care), breakfast isn't good for 5 stars, egg scramble and sausages are cold. a bit of walk to shopping center. |

The room was big and comfy. I had a junior suite which was very nice and clean. The food is not worth the price. Neither breakfast nor dinner lives up to the standards of a five star hotel. Cold eggs in the morning, mayonnaise salads for dinner. Walls are paper thin, which disturbed me numerous times. |

Nothing in particular !!! Really disappointed within a 5*star hotel ....could hardly give 3* ..... They have to improve 1.-Service !!!!!!!! 2.- Rooms(very old , dirty 7 noisy ) 3.- no restaurant...bar ... only buffet???for 5 star hotel???? |

the childrens facilities were fanstic and the staff at reception were nice enough but a bit abrupt. the staff in the restaurant and car park were very friendly and helpful. the quality of food in the restaurant was surpprisingly under par for a five star hotel and I wasn't happy that the cups and glasses were very obviously rinsed out in the bathroom sink for 3 days. When checking out the girl refused to show me my bill before she took my card payment. |

Good central location, good size rooms, staff friendly. swimming pool small and crowded with more than 4 people in it. Some of the games in the games room out of order. Hotel in general a little outdated and in need of a spucing up. I would not rate this hotel above a 4 star. |
