De L'Isard is a right chose if you need hotel just to have roof under your head. Everything seemed to be very used. |

The hotel was very central and had lots to see close by. There was some work ongoing to install air conditioning in the rooms which made it a bit noisy when we checked in, but this would only be a temporary problem. |

The help of the reception desk was above par. Thank you! Our toilet ran all night, which was irritating. But even worse, the air conditioning was not working. It was hot! |

The hotel was a delight - the rooms were big and clean and the hotel staff helpful. It's also a stone's throw from the shopping area of Andorra so it's a definite plus. Good value for your money. Good value for you money and you get what you paid for - don't expect Four Season's here. The private parking was okay, though getting a long, wide car into the parking was a bit tough. |

Matched the description perfectly, simple and clean with good inclusive breakfast, near to duty free shopping and restaurants. Difficult parking if one has a big car |

Centrally situated; good value for money. I only wish the some of the staff (in the restaurant for instance) were more multilingual. We speak English, German, French and Hollands but still found communication very difficult. Andorra is, after all, a country that is mainly dependent on tourism and banking, therefore multi-lingualism is essential. |

Inside the shopping area of Andorra, everything within walking distance and nice staff. The hotel looked recently renovated. Create smoke-free or smoking prohibited areas. Fix the cold/hot water supply in the bathrooms, since it was hard to keep a constant water temperature. |

hotel was clean,comfy,welcoming and nice staff.really enjoyed staying here needed more than 1 night tho. parking was full at the hotel, so was told to park on one of the main car parks from 20.00 were we could park until 09.00 the following day which was due to cost 6 euros, but ended up costing 20. |

Rooms are not clean. I asked for a non-smoking room and recevied a smoking one. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the room next door. |

Situation très intéressante en centre ville d'Andorre, parking à proximité, tarif préférentiel par l'hôtel. Hotel très agréable. La température ce 23 Juin était chaude, la climatisation dans la chambre aurait été la bienvenue. |
