It was a very central location - easy for the shops and also for the ski resorts by car. The staff were very helpful and most offered excellent advice when asked. Parking is expensive. Although it was easier to park than we had thought by suing the "Pyrenees Car Park" opposite. |

Located at an excellent point within the town in the center, with parking, and close to the tourist office. I liked the service, the buffet, the cleanness and the fact that it was surrounded by several kind of restaurants, comfortable alternatives. Not really, we were very satisfied, maybe the fact that Internet could only be used in the common area of the lobby |

The location is excellent for using the facilities of Andorra La Vella. The room was adequate. Whilst the breakfast was fairly good, it was spoilt by the fact that the coffee was from a machine and was undrinkable. Also the room wasn't as represented on the website and as it was for four adults it was not big enough. |

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good. The was very cold becuase the heating was dependent on the air conditioning system in the room. The other guests were very noisy. |

Good value for money for the room. Central location, pleasant and helpful staff. Parking in the same building. No free wifi or even wired internet in the rooms (there's no excuse these days) and overpriced internet terminal in the middle of the lobby. Restaurant a little expensive for hotel status, however the café to the side made up for this. Terrible coffee at breakfast (all too common at 3* hotels unfortunately) |

Good value for money and central location. Breakfast excellent. We found the parking a nightmare because we were not prepared to pay l8 euros a night, but this did not only apply to Hotel L'Isard it seemed Andorra in general. |

The hotel was located very close to shopping and restaurants. We were a family or four, 2 adults and 2 children and found the "quad room for 4" a great value for the money. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of food options as well. |

The staff were very friendly and it was in a good position for the shops. The little cafe/bar at the side of reception was very handy for snacks or drinks. There was no tea or coffee making facility in the room. Also it was quite noisy late at night as there was a bar straight across the road from the hotel. |

De L'Isard is a right chose if you need hotel just to have roof under your head. Everything seemed to be very used. |

The hotel was very central and had lots to see close by. There was some work ongoing to install air conditioning in the rooms which made it a bit noisy when we checked in, but this would only be a temporary problem. |

The help of the reception desk was above par. Thank you! Our toilet ran all night, which was irritating. But even worse, the air conditioning was not working. It was hot! |

The hotel was a delight - the rooms were big and clean and the hotel staff helpful. It's also a stone's throw from the shopping area of Andorra so it's a definite plus. Good value for your money. Good value for you money and you get what you paid for - don't expect Four Season's here. The private parking was okay, though getting a long, wide car into the parking was a bit tough. |

Matched the description perfectly, simple and clean with good inclusive breakfast, near to duty free shopping and restaurants. Difficult parking if one has a big car |

Centrally situated; good value for money. I only wish the some of the staff (in the restaurant for instance) were more multilingual. We speak English, German, French and Hollands but still found communication very difficult. Andorra is, after all, a country that is mainly dependent on tourism and banking, therefore multi-lingualism is essential. |
