De L'Isard

The hotel is on a cliff directly over the bay looking back at Cebere. We liked its location over the sea. Our room had a small balcony over the bay as, I believe, did the other rooms. The dining room has a terrace over the bay which was very nice, although the winds were quite strong during our stay so we ate inside. It's a very short walk into town for dining, strolling or a swim.

The shower needed a little work. It was clean, but the shower head was not properly attached. That did not really present much of a problem, though. The beds were a bit hard. Bring your own pillows if you can. The ones with the beds were like seat cushions. I think the hotel may provide something better upon request. Information about how to park to check-in would have been helpful.

It's in the centre of Andorra la Vella, the reception staff are really helpful and nice, breakfast is varied and good quality

Very good value for money. Well appointed and comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast.

On-site car parking is expensive but there is a shoppers car park opposite.

Nice rooms, comfortable, very well located in the centre of almost everything. Breakfast was ok.

We did one dinner in the hotel: fish was raw (and cold). They just recooked it instead of serving a new one. And no apologies...

Very central location, the skibus stop is just 2 steps from the hotel. Nice interior, clean. This time was the 3rd we came to Andorra and this hotel was the best 3***hotel among others*** we stayed before.

Unfortunately the heating did not work all 7 days we stayed at the hotel. Since we went snowboarding every day, it was quite difficult to dry our things and boots. Only heating mode of conditioner helped. The breakfast assortment was the same every day.

It was a very central location - easy for the shops and also for the ski resorts by car. The staff were very helpful and most offered excellent advice when asked.

Parking is expensive. Although it was easier to park than we had thought by suing the "Pyrenees Car Park" opposite.

Located at an excellent point within the town in the center, with parking, and close to the tourist office. I liked the service, the buffet, the cleanness and the fact that it was surrounded by several kind of restaurants, comfortable alternatives.

Not really, we were very satisfied, maybe the fact that Internet could only be used in the common area of the lobby

Very convinient location - just infront of the bus stop and close to shopping area. Very very very helpful stuff!

Good value for money for the room. Central location, pleasant and helpful staff. Parking in the same building.

No free wifi or even wired internet in the rooms (there's no excuse these days) and overpriced internet terminal in the middle of the lobby. Restaurant a little expensive for hotel status, however the café to the side made up for this. Terrible coffee at breakfast (all too common at 3* hotels unfortunately)

The hotel was located very close to shopping and restaurants. We were a family or four, 2 adults and 2 children and found the "quad room for 4" a great value for the money. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of food options as well.

It was very good room.

Car park space was few. It is better to park at public parking.
