Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Flexibility of catering (we're veggie) and the kitchen staff was happy to make us stuff specially if we felt there wasn't enough choice. Clean, tidy, lots of activities (though a little late for the kiddies) in the evening, smiley helpful waiting staff, loads of warm water. Ski bus whisking you across to the tracks and picking you up at the end of the day. The law allows smoking in the bar. The materrasses were a little harder than I like, but frankly after a full day's skiing sleep came easy anyway. |

Proximity to the slopes was good if you missed the bus service; buffet breakfast and dinner were perfect (nothing fancy, just energy food); friendly staff. |

El check-in a las 11:30pm despues de mas de 8 horas de viaje en coche fue de lo mas desesperante. El chico de recepcion no sabia nada y tenia que llamar a su jefe para cada paso...hasta nos pidio el "voucher" de bookings!!!. En fin que 30 minutos de check-in a media noche es una locura... lo ajustado de los precios y la unbicacion. Tambien la cercania al Dylan's para tomarte un gin-tonic despues de la cena:-D |

La proximidad con las pistas de ski Teniamos régimen de MP, pero no viene incluido la bebida. Por mi trabajo he estado en bastantes hoteles y es la primera vez que me encuentro con esto. Al final nos dejaron un saldo pendiente de 9.25 € por las botellas de agua consumidas en tres dias. Creo que se lo pueden ahorrar. Por circunstancias como estas hace que la gente no vuelva. Demasiado cutre la situación. |

Que estña muy cerca de las pistas del tarter soilo hay que cruzar la calle, y además nos dieron la opcoión de tener un guarda esqui justo al lado del remonte con lo cual fue muy cómodo porque no tenias que cargar con los esquis desde el hotel. El menu de las cenas podía ser un poco más variado |

Emplacement de grande qualité, beaucoup de soleil et très proche des pistes de ski. Personnel aimable. Décor un peu lourd et discutable mais assez soigné néanmoins. Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne. Dîner sous forme de buffet digne d'une "cantine" plus que d'un hôtel-restaurant. |

La amplitud de las habitaciones y del aseo, la limpieza bien y el personal bien, ubicacion y vistas excelente. faltan enchufes en las habitaciones hay solo 1 que es el del tv, tendria que haber wifi por todo el hotel y no solo en las zonas comunes. El desayuno podrian mejorarlo con un poco mas de variedad. |

Taille de la chambre, isolation phonique (à part bruit à chaque arrêt de l'ascenseur), qualité des lits, abondance des buffets matin et soir, amabilité du personnel en général (du restaurant en particulier), karaoké jeudi soir, salle de jeux, navette entre l'hôtel et les pistes de ski Une hôtesse désagréable à notre arrivée, une 2ème chaise difficile à obtenir pour notre chambre, les desserts, les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner, trop de fritures ou de plats en sauce, les espaces communs fumeurs (sauf le restaurant) |

situado muy cerca de las pistas, unas vistas preciosas, y en el hotel se lo montan muy bien, un dia karaoke otro orquesta...y mucha variedad de excursiones,nosotros cogimos las motos de nieve y nos lo pasamos genial, una buena experiencia hay poca variedad en la comida pero todo esta muy bueno |

Sa décoration, son confort douillet, sa position dominante, sa vue sur l'arrivée des pistes, son atmosphère familliale. La réceptioniste de l'accueil a voulu photocopier le verso de la carte de crédit de mon mari sur lequel se trouve le numéro secret, bien sûr il s'est opposé à cette opération. |
