Just 400 metres from Caldea Spa, this modern hotel in Andorra’s capital offers a free shuttle bus to the ski slopes. good location near shops and Caldea. Buffet food is ok, good salads. Not a 4star really. Rooms are old, bathroom need renovation, hotel lobby is cold in ambience, no fireplace or TV. Parking is expensive at 20 per night. Drinks not included in half or full board and also very expensive for Spain or Andorra. Overall not as expected from a 4 star in services and room type.

Location in the center of the town It does not measure to a 4 stars hotel rating. The personnel, except for one (the room maid), were rude and unhelpful. When confronted that the garage was quoted at 20$ at booking.com and they were charging 20Euro, I was told to go back to booking.com to complain and that Andorra is not a $ country byt a Euro country. Not considering to stay there anymore

El trato con los empleados, las habitaciones , su inmejorable situación para ir de compras o a Caldea, su gran Tv en la habitación, en general todo esta muy bien y recomendable aunque nos faltó por ver sus comedores ya que hemos estado en régimen de solo alojamiento. Y el precio esta inmejorable Si hay que poner algo pondría la organización en el bar a la hora de servirte durante las horas de comedor ya que dan prioridad a los menus del comedor y te avisan de que tardaran un poco en servirte, aunque luego nos sirvieron rápido al decirles que nos iríamos si tardaban mucho.

En general, todo. Cuando vuelva a Escaldes, repetiré. El baño un poco viejo y anticuado para la categoría del hotel. Las puertas correderas de los armarios, muy poco prácticas.

Lo que mas me ha gustado del hotel es su ubicación. No hay ruido. La habitación triple es bastante grande y hay tres camas completas. El internet gratuito funcionaba bastante bien. La relación calidad-precio. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que el hotel es de cuatro pero parece un tres. Se ve bastante anticuado comparado con otros hoteles de cuatro en Andorra la Vella. No es de lujo, pero es funcional. Faltan algunos canales de tv. El lavabo se ve muy viejo.

La ubicación, el trato con el personal y la implicación del personal a la hora de informar. En la habitación había restos de suciedad restos plásticos y no haber pasado bien la escoba en el servicio….

El hotel esta muy bien situado, y en general esta bastante bien. La cena buffet es peor que mala. Por 15 € + bebida. En cualquier sitio de Escaldes comes mucho mejor.

Una sorpresa. Un buen hotel a un mejor precio. Eramos cuatro y todos dormimos en cama, no en sofás-cama. Bastante silencioso. El desayuno bien servido, con bastante personal que agiliza el cambio de las mesas. Hotel familiar, así que hay muchos niños. No se puede fumar. El agua que te regalan no la reponen salvo que la pidas. Permiten mascotas por aquello de que forman parte de la familia.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a pocos metros de la calle mas comercial de Andorra. Está a pocos minutos en coche de algunas de las pistas de esqui de Andorra (Pal, Arinsal)

Ubicación. Anticuado para ser un 4 estrellas. Deberían plantearse una reforma. La conexión wifi es mala, tanto que no llega a las habitaciones y es intermitente en la recepción del hotel.
