Close to shopping Difficult access to the hotel from the main road although there were road works in the vicinity which may have contributed to the difficult access. |

Nice and polite stuff, nice rooms, good location near center. Parking (payed extra) was closed after 10pm. We had to make arrangement with reception to open the door |

Our visit was out of season so the hotel was quiet. We enjoy it that way. the hotel location is excellent. Free internet (30 mins) is well worth having as well. Did not use the hotel restuarents except for buffet breakfast which was OK. Being charged for parking in the hotel car park. If you take a car to Andorra then you have to pay for on the street or car park parking. But I think the hotel could at least reduce it's charge for parking. |

el precio y que al contrario de otros hoteles el desayuno es en un comedor grande y reponen enseguida lo que se va terminando quizas se tendrian que remodelar las habitaciones pues el hotel tiene bastantes años |

Hotel bien cuidado a pesar de los años. Trato agradable del personal de hotel. Hotel no reformado ni actualizado desde hace tiempo. Los muebles de la habitación estaban bastante estropeados para ser un 4 estrellas. Durante la estancia uno de los dos ascensores estaba fuera de servicio y el otro estuvo unas horas sin funcionar correctamente. |

Por la noche es muy tranquilo, no oyes nada, por lo que descansas fantasticamente bien. La media pensión calidad/precio muy bien, así como el personal que es muy atento y agradable. Cuando vuelva a Andorra no me importaría nada repetir. Mas que no gustar, recomendaría que en los desayunos pusiesen mas espacio para los alimentos, ya que la barra es muy corta y se amontona la gente muchísimo, además enseguida se acaba todo, con lo cual la gente se cabrea y el personal del buffet no da abasto. |
