Close to shopping Difficult access to the hotel from the main road although there were road works in the vicinity which may have contributed to the difficult access. |

Nice and polite stuff, nice rooms, good location near center. Parking (payed extra) was closed after 10pm. We had to make arrangement with reception to open the door |

Our visit was out of season so the hotel was quiet. We enjoy it that way. the hotel location is excellent. Free internet (30 mins) is well worth having as well. Did not use the hotel restuarents except for buffet breakfast which was OK. Being charged for parking in the hotel car park. If you take a car to Andorra then you have to pay for on the street or car park parking. But I think the hotel could at least reduce it's charge for parking. |

El hotel es confortable y todo es correcto, el personal es amable, hemos estado comodos. La habitación de matrimonio es bastante estrecha, para mi gusto demasiado pequeña. |

Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain impécable, proche du centre ect.... Au moment de payer sur la facture figurait 1€ supplémentaire pour Unicef c'est dire 3€ pour les 3 chambres que j'avais réservées. Le faite de nous imposer 1€ par chambre ce n'est pas normal. Nous sommes assez libre de savoir si nous voulons donner à une association ou pas. |

lo que más me ha gustado es que la habitación es amplia aunque su mobiliario es un tanto anticuado, también me ha gustado la atención de las dos personas de recepción (Albert y compañera ). Lo que no me ha gustado del hotel es que teníamos que esperar bastante rato los ascensores, por lo que teníamos que bajar y subir andando. |

ce qui m'a séduit c'est le tout compris demi-pension plus petit déjeuner. Depuis 3 ans que nous fréquentons cet hotel peu de changement. Il faut y aller hors période de vacances scolaire sinon gros risque de nuit blanche; l'insonorisation est légère.......le vendredi soir c'est buffet à volonté....allez-y dès 20h sinon les crevettes seront remplacées par des pois chiches!!!! pour appéritif prenez-le en dehors de l'hotel c'est moin cher. Enfin il faut savoir que les 4 étoiles Andorraine ne sont pas les même qu'en France... |

el precio y que al contrario de otros hoteles el desayuno es en un comedor grande y reponen enseguida lo que se va terminando quizas se tendrian que remodelar las habitaciones pues el hotel tiene bastantes años |
