Rather unfriendly staff bordering on rude. Christmas Day breakfast was terrible - seems it was all made the day before. Fridge-cold boiled eggs, and cold meats that were going off. Bathroom needs some major maintenance work. This could be a good two star hotel, but four stars? No way. Ah, and be careful of the extortionate parking fee in their garage - just park outside. |

The location was great and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The carpark, although difficult to get into was very expensive to use. In our room it was advertised that the cafe in the hotel was open until midnight and alternatively if we wanted food we could order pizza direct to the room. This was not true and this false information should be removed. We arrived back from a day out to get food at 11pm but couldn'T. The staff were rude when we complained |

Bien situado y buena relación calidad precio. Y con un poco de suerte puedes aparcar en la puerta sin tener que pagar parking. |

Buen desayuno. Amplio y bien situado, pudiéndote desplazar en pocos minutos al centro de la ciudada. Temperatura en las habitaciones exagerada. Sólo digo que dormimos con la ventana abierta porque era insoportable. La calefacción central estaba a una temperatura desmesurada para la época del año que era. En la quinta planta, el ruido de los extractores de humo es muy molesto. Posiblemente en otra parte del hotel no se oiga, pero en la quinta planta, molesta bastante. |

La relación calidad-precio Los cerramientos de las ventanas no ajustan hermeticamente y entra mucho ruido del trafico. Los fines de semana por la noches se prepara botellon al lado del hotel y no hay quien duerma |

Huone oli siisti. Aamupala oikein monipuolinen, mutta koska se alkoi vasta klo 8.00, ei hiihtopäivän aikainen aloitus onnistunut. Henkilökunta yritti auttaa eri asioissa varmaankin parhaansa mukaan, mutta koska englanti ei heiltä oikein sujunut, jäi kuva etteivät he tienneet asioista. |
