The barman during the afternoon and evening of Monday 17th August was very friendly and extremely helpful. Did not feel that it was up to **** standard.No coffee or tea facilities in the room. |

Rather unfriendly staff bordering on rude. Christmas Day breakfast was terrible - seems it was all made the day before. Fridge-cold boiled eggs, and cold meats that were going off. Bathroom needs some major maintenance work. This could be a good two star hotel, but four stars? No way. Ah, and be careful of the extortionate parking fee in their garage - just park outside. |

El acceso a internet Hombre a la habitacion no le funcionaba la calefaccion con el frio que hacia nos pusieron un calefactor que hizo saltar todos los plomos de la habitacion y el hecho fue que nos querian volver a cobrar otra vez la habitacion porque decian que booking no lo cobraban anticipadamente pues la verdad un desorden descomunal para un hotel de cuatro estrellas como hacen constar. |

No nos ha gustado el hotel en sí, las habitaciones oscuras con vistas a un desguace de coches, el baño extremadamente pequeño, poca luz y el servicio en general...no fue de nuestro agrado. Habíamos pensado que sería más confortable.El precio del parking totalmente abusivo, solo por pasar la noche aparcados. No repetiríamos. |

La piscina estaba muy bien, porque se veia la montaña justo delante y ademas el agua estaba calentita y no habia nadie! El trato del personal del hotel ha sido muy correcto en todo momento. la habitación era muy justita, me refiero que en cuanto a la categoria que tiene no se adheria a las caracteristicas de un 4 estrellas. La habitación era muy pequeña y el baño también, El buffet del desayuno no era muy surtido. |

E desayuno es bastante completo, y el personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son amplias, y está bastante próximo a la zona de tiendas. El parking era excesivamente caro para el mal acceso que tiene. |
