Some of the staff were charming and helpful - but not all. The reception was unwelcoming and offhand. |

Breakfast How an apartment for 6 persons has only one room with a double bed? The other 4 persons have to fight over two bunk beds and a sofa that are to small for adults. Very bad experience, 3 nights of bad sleep after exhausting day skiing. |

Este es un hotel que por su ubicación,esta pegado a un bonito salto de agua que por la noche esta iluminado y se puede cenar viendolo,no se olvida facilmente.Es tranquilo,próximo a las pistas de esqui de Arcalis y no hay porblema para dejar el coche . |

rustig gelegen in het bergdorpje El Serrat, prima verhouding prijs/kwaliteit, eten was in buffetvorm en goed, heel vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit El Serrat ben je in een kwartiertje in de hoofdstad Andorra voor shoppingplezier. Voor wie van de natuur houdt, kan je vanuit El Serrat en Arcalis prachtige wandelingen maken (bvb naar de bergmeren van Tristaina) |

hotel tranquille à côté d'un charmant ruisseau hotel 3 étoiles pas justifié chambre banale, hall pas très beau, fenêtre de la chambre donnée sur une terrasse passante donc pas d'intimité obligé de fermer les rideaux tout le temps |

Alquilamos un apartamento, practicamente lo estrenamos nosotros, muy muy nuevo todo. la ducha, genial, con mucha presión y espaciosa. Litera infantil sin barandilla de protección. |

El apartamento parecía nuevo y tenía buen equipamiento. También nos gustaron los alrededores. Desayuno correcto. Cogimos dos apartamentos. El colchón! Hacía "V". No entiendo cómo siendo todo tan nuevo, no han cambiado el colchón. Uno de los apartamentos tenía persianas que no funcionaban. |

Hotel en pleine montagne, hors traffic routier intense 'Andorran. Nous avons demandé à changer d'appart car celui qui nous était attribué ne correspondait pas à notre choix (trop petit pour 6 pers) ni au descriptif internet....Mais c'est parce que nous avons contesté que nous avons eu gain de cause ....Combien ont du se trouver dans cette situation sans oser en faire état ? Restauration /buffet.....ni très variée.....ni terrible en terme gustatif. Pas de fruits frais ni de yaourts au petit dèjeuner .... Repas buffet du soir idem.....Nous avons eu le bonheur pour notre deuxième soirée de trouver un petit restau un peu plus bas dans la vallée qui s'appelle "Les Fargues" où nous avons fait un super repas pour 11€50. |
