Hotel económico Baño grande Situación hotel wifi gratis Dormir en las camas de muelles de más de 30 años no tenian nada que envidiar a un Fakir estirado encima de clavos... Incomodísimas, horribles. Tan solo con cambiar los colchones el hotel ganaría una barbaridad.

Pésimo el personal. Tres días pidiendo que me facilitaran un mando a distancia para la televisión, que finalmente no ha llegado. No vacían las papeleras del baño ni reponen el papel higiénico. Sólo hacen la cama. Para salir del parking hay que bajar del coche y localizar al personal de recepción para que abran la valla. Algunas plazas del parking están llenas de ramas de árboles. Pasan los días y nadie los limpia ni los retiran.

-Buena situacion en general; sobretodo el sistema del coche-tren para subir a las telecabinas cada 15min. - Calidad precio muy bien. - La tarifa del parking muy abusivo economicamente: 10,4€ la noche. - Los colchones de las camas muy utilizadas (viejas y incomodas). - La limpieza de la habitacion regular y en tres dias no nos cambiaron las toallas de baño.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal del hotel siempre amable y atento y el desayuno abundante y bueno. Si vas a esquiar, la parada del autobús gratuito que sube al teleférico está literalmente a 20 metros de la puerta del hotel. Puedes salir con las botas puestas! Se admiten perros y se puede fumar. No hay secador en la habitación y el número de secadores disponibles en recepción es limitado...

Отель хороший, нам понравился. Персонал доброжелательный, но иногда не нравилось отношение официанток, но они же люди и у каждой могут быть свои проблемы.Отель находится на въезде в Энкамп. Остановки автобусов и skibus напротив отеля. У skibus конечная и поэтому всегда есть свободные места. Недалеко спорткомплекс с бассейном, сауной...Уборка в номерах каждодневная. Чистый. В номере было очень тепло. не понравилось отсутствие холодильника в номере (но это ***, а не ****),приходилось продукты хранить за окном, звукоизоляция плохая, но после гор мало что слышишь ночью, с утра да, прослушивается всё , что делают соседи в рядом расположенных номерах.У друзей был угловой номер, очень жаловались, что в номере холодно. Ну и лифт...который за 10 дней ломался раза 4-5.
