The staff was nice. It's not a 4 star, not if they don't improve at least:1. Having a full time restaurant (not just buffet for breakfast and dinner). 2. The towels service, absolutly unacceptable both in the room and totally absent at the spa. 3. In 7 days stay bed sheets were not change even once. 4. The spa (yacuzzi and sauna) was not open until 15h. 5. You can not call Gym to a couple of broken machines. |

Ha sido la segunda vez que me he alojado en este hotel. Está bastante bien en general Las toallas del spa (son azules marino y están bastantes usadas), el color oscuro suele deteriorarse muy pronto, aunque sean nuevas. Sugerencia: Deberian dar albornoz (creo que al ser un 4* es más idoneo a su categoria, y en la mayoria de los hoteles con spa dan albornoz) |

La disponibilité le professionalisme avec sympathie de l'ensemble du personnel . La proximité des pistes avec le service navette.La restauration très correcte varié et abondante. Rien de particulier , peu être un léger manque d'entretien ( rideaux décrochés dans la chambre et dans la salle de restauration ) |

Bonito y confortable hotel, muy bien situado para esquiar. Personal eficiente. Buena y limpia habitación. Precios de las bebidas (aguas, cervezas, vinos) absurdamente altos. |

Raumgröße, Ein- und Auscheckvorgang, Free Wifi, wenn auch etwas langsam. Für Kinder ideal, da Schwimmbad und Spielraum. Skipiste für Anfänger/Kinder direkt neben dem Hotel. Zu den großen Pisten ist es allerdings recht weit zu laufen. Besser mit dem Auto fahren. Bedienung im Speisesaal war zu gestreßt und nicht aufmerksam. Geräte im Fitnessraum teilweise schlecht gewartet und defekt. |

propreté de l'établissement;personnel aimable;espace aquatique agréable. Chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre et non modulable.Très mal insonorisé:bip et mécanisme de l'ascenseur ,conversation dans couloir+ enfants qui courent jusqu'à minuit et avant 7h du matin bruit des canalisations. |

Comodidad por sus anchos espacios, piscina no abarrotada, ambiente tranquilo, chiquipark para niños, ubicación hotel, buen aparcamiento. Algun plato recalentado varias veces, alguna vez lentos en reponer algun alimento, maquina de cafés averiada con frecuencia. |
