给我的房间很差，很热，不通风，连个放电脑的桌子都没有

A friendly, comfortable hotel in the old part of Andorra La Vella, but near to restaurants,bars and shops. The bedrooms are slightly dated but are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our double room was large and had a mini bar, small sitting area and balcony. The bathroom was clean and fine for us but could do with a bit of an update. We found the lady on reception to be most helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast (in with the price) was very good with plenty of choice and good quality food. We would definately stay again when we next visit Andorra La Vella

Acta Florida is convenient with paid parking for the car just a few minutes walk. Tourist office close with great information and suggested tours of the area. Nice breakfast and drinks available at the bar. Cosy room and good ensuite. Would stay here again.

The location.

The worst hotel I've ever seen! Parking is not near the hotel, but the public parking lot, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase quite a long distance. The room was really dirty: on the bathroom floor was some pee, in the drain of the tub were many hairs, on the bed were several! The shampoo bottle offered was half empty. The room was a smoker room, although I ordered non-smoker. Never again this hotel!

The central location is very good although it can be a little difficult to find if you are in a car. Parking is abut a 5 minute walk away, although once you eventually find the hotel you can drop off the bags despite the entrance being a little way off the road. Breakfast not bad either.

No air conditioning in the rooms which made the nights stifling and unbearable (in the summer) - the only possible solution was to risk insect bites by keeping the windows open. Coupled with that, one of the rooms stank of stale cigarette smoke. If you do stay ask for a room that is not at the rear as the only view you will have is the concrete of adjoining buildings just a metre or two away from your window. Despite making a special request during booking to have the two rooms (one twin and one double) close to one another due to having two early teenage children, this was ignored with the kids room on the 5th floor and our (my wife and I) room on the 2nd floor. When I showed the receptionist our request on the bottom of the booking form he had printed off he simply looked blankly at me and said he had no other rooms available. Not the most helpful - resulting in my wife and I having to have separate rooms for the duration of the holiday. Alarm bells should have rang when I asked the hotel to confirm my request by email which they failed to respond to at all.

Quiet street,easy to sleep

Parking is very difficult,they have two places behind the hotel but dont know why cant use it.It cost 20 euros to park in the city

the service is good. the room is always clean. the breakfast is delicious

the lift is a little noisy and the tv should have more channels

During the trip I remember absolutely perfect personnel ready to help you and answer any questions.

The only minus of Acta Florida is a lack of sockets in rooms. I had to charge my cell phone in the wc.

la limpieza de la habitacion,la dejadez de la misma todo muy viejo,puertas,armarios ect... sin aparcamiento en el hotel un desastre todo

Au coeur de la ville en toute tranquilité et à un budget très interessant

trés bon rapport qualité/prix ,en plein centre d'andorre pour le shopping, petit déjeuner copieux et varié

dommage qu'il n'y est pas la climatisation car il faisait trés chaud dans la chambre

Nos ha gustado mucho...todo..ubicacion ..precio...desayuno...y atencion para nosotros excelente...sin duda volveremos cada vez que vayamos a Andorra....es pequeñito pero acogedor y muy muy muy centrico y el desayuno de lo mejor que hemos encontrado con relacion al precio....bueno pues eso a nosotros nos gusto mucho
