Lo mejor el buen trato del personal del hotel,siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La limpieza de la habitacion,el desayuno y las instalaciones del hotel. Las vistas increibles a montaña. en general todo estupendo,volveremos sin duda alguna. |

La proximidad al acceso a las pistas d'esquí. Las vistas del hotel. En genral el desayuno y la cena. No estan a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La cena muy cara y poco variada. Además no es una cocina a la altura del precio. Solo recomiendo la estancia, las comidas no. El precio del parquing es absolutamente desproporcionado. Al personal le falta atención al cliente. |

La atención del personal de recepción. Desgraciadamente sufrimos un accidente leve en pistas y nos ayudaron mucho más de lo que se podría esperar. Otra cosa a destacar es la gestión de la compra del forfait de esquí en el mismo hotel. Camas separadas. |

la tranquilidad. que por haber poca gente, se ha visto disminuido el servicio de buffet con menos variedad comparado con otras veces. la excusa es por no tener que tirar comida, pero creo que se puede mantener la variedad con menor cantidad.y que se vaya sacando si es necesario |

La cercanía al funicular de Canillo, la limpieza, el baño y la decoración en general. La habitación bastante pequeña para un cuatro estrellas. Falta espacio para un butacón o sofá. |

La zona d'aigües estava força bé, no ens va costar gens estacionar prop de l'hotel (sense pagar), l'accés a les pistes d'esquí era molt senzill en telecadira (accés a peu) o en cotxe (4 km). Una estada perfecta per descansar i gaudir de la neu. |
