Proximity to the ski area. I could easily walk to the lifts carrying my gear. Closer to the lifts than many ski area parking lots. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit too children-friendly.

Very good location. Great buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Air conditioning in the rooms made sleep a bit uncomfortable, the air was a bit like a long haul flight.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good access to ski slopes althoug slopes in Pas de la Casa were a bit challaging for us. Spa was nice add on, especially after a day in slopes Room was quite small and garage was too small for the demand and there was no parking place available for us so we have to left our car in public parking 300-400 meters from the hotel

The spa is really good. The hotel staff and front desk personell is really nice and eficient (especially Luis, really nice guy). The breakfast is really good! The wifi does not work during the most part of the day. That needs to be fixed!

Great hotel to stay in Pas de la Casa for skiing. 50 yards away from the lifts. Staff is very friendly - checking in took 3 minutes. Room was ready @9.30am...!

acces libre jacuzzi, sauna, hammam (12h_23h) avec peignoir et chaussons. Acces direct au pub et restaurant. Le bar est peu cher. Dommage pour le parking toujours plein, donc obligé de se garer un peu loin de l'hotel.

Tres bon accueil, serviable . 2 Jacuzzi 2 sauna et 2 hammam propre , chambre propre, salle de bain avec coin douche et baignoire, ecran plat dans la chambre , Petit dej correct , Le bruit venant de l'exterieur mais pas excessif. Un velux dans la chambre donc pas une tres belle vue (5eme etage)

Hotel moderne, bien equipe. Acces piste parfait. Ideal pour un sejour ski. Les chambres donnant sur la rue arriere sont malheureusement tres bruyantes en raison d'un bar avec musique exterieure tres courant pour attirer le client et d'une boite de nuit. Donc eviter ces chambres mais bon je pense que l'on ne vous laisse pas le choix

La gentillesse du personnel était excellente. l' hotel se situe prés de tous, ce qui est trés agréable, car on peu laisser la voiture pendant son séjour au même endroit sans devoir la bougée ! Les bruits dans la rue trés tot le matin ( 4h), mais rien de tres génant, et aussi la literie qui était trop molle, dommage !

Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошая кухня. Удобное расположение СПА. В номере хорошо работал WiFi. Слишком много хлорки в ванной джакузи. При открытом окне спать не возможно--крики из бара до 5.00 утра. Нужно применять беруши.

El trato con el personal excelente, tanto en recepcion como en el restaurante. Parking interior muy practico y util en dias de heladas o temperaturas muy bajas. Muy buena relacion calidad/precio en la cena del restaurante. Ligero olor a tabaco en la habitacion cuando se activa el aire acondicionado.

я русская из европы и уже много лет живу во франции,начинаю с этого чтобы всем был понятен мой отзыв.мне очень понравились завтраки в отели!они тянут на отель 5 звезд!!!приличный спа с сауной и хаммамом и без доп платы!это отлично!возле отеля легкой найти паркинг,также рядом лыжная трасса!прямо в 20 метрах; очень приятный персонал на ресепсьене,улыбаются и готовы всегда помочь! просто чудо!им надо поднять зарплату! не понравились матрацы !они жесткие и не приятные и совсем не для отеля 4 звезды!!!отель пожалуйста замени эти ужасные матрацы!!!так же не понравился персонал ресторана: их слишком много и они недоброжелательные и ходят вокруг стола и не добро смотрят!!!даже приятного аппетита не пожелают!!!это ужасно!!кушать не приятно с ними!!!пожалуйста проведите с ними беседу!!! так нельзя!!!а лучше выгнать их и взять новых и добрых!!!!

El personal tanto de recepcion como del bar-restaurante el baño de la habitacion, muy confortable y completo desayuno bueno y completo Las habitaciones me han parecido demasiado austeras poco acogedoras. El armario no es comodo aunque no es culpa del hotel pero nuestras habitaciones que daban a la calle de atras, ademas de mala vista, era muy ruidosas por la noche por culpa de los locales de ocio.
