La chambre était spacieuse et la vue était belle sur campagne et montagne. Les volets (très important pour moi). La piscine était top (grande et bien chauffée) ainsi que le jacuzzi. Pour le prix, c'était très bien. La literie n'était pas confortable (ressorts).

Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Внимательный к своим клиентам. Везде чисто. Вкусный завтрак. На ужин, к сожалению, не попал, но думаю он не хуже. Ездил в апреле (low season), в отеле было мало людей. Добираться до фуникампа очень удобно, минута до остановки, где вас заберет автобус-поезд, и через 5 минут вы будете у подъемника. Скипасы и страховку можно купить прямо на стойке регистрации. Добираться до города, опять же, очень удобно остановка L2(автобуса) находится рядом с отелем. Уютные номера. Чистый бассейн. Поехать семьей самое то! Немного неудобный душ был. А так все супер!!!

Hotel muy agradable,habitaciones confortables y limpias,buen desayuno,personal simpatico. Spa relajante despues de jornada de esqui. Relacion calidad precio buena. A 50 m para coger trenecito que te lleva a Funicamp. A poca distancia de Andorra la Vieja. Parking con pocas plazas, mejor reservar antes.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e gentis, sempre prontos para ajudar em todas as situações. O jacuzzi na zona da piscina é o melhor remédio para um dia intenso de esqui.

La piscina buena opcion tras un dia de ski. El desayuno completo incluido. El parquing. Amabilidad del personal. Wifi gratis. Silencioso. Muchas toallas Bien comunicado. El perro suelto por todo el hotel. Solicitamos cama grande y no me responden ni me la ponen (2a vez) Pusieron sabanas rotas a mi hija. La cama supletoria muy mala por suerte la niña pesa poco.

Calidad precio buena. La piscina muy buena idea para relajarse tras un dia de esqui. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Atencion en recepcion muy buena. Habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas y muy limpias. Muy silencioso. El parquing muy cómodo pero muy caro Que un perro se paseara por hotel todo el día. El servicio del bar. El servicio del bufet, camarero muy antipápico. Parquing interior demasiado caro

El desayuno y limpieza correctos. No corresponde a un 4 * El spa aunque era grande no estaba cuidado, uno de los jacuzzis no funcionaba y el agua de la piscina estaba fria!

Отличное месторасположение отеля, приятные постояльцы отеля. Основное впечатление - есть желание вернуться еще раз. Очень низкая шумоизоляция в номерах.
